So far so good !
So far the help and service from NorthWest Firedoors has been very, very good. Lewis was very patient, gave me lots of information and spent a lot of time on the telephone initially when I enquired about fire door options, supply and installation. I have received a very reasonable quote for two different door options which includes installation of the complete door sets. I can expect a prompt initial survey visit followed by a 3-5 week lead time to a fully certificated job done ! Thanks Northwest Firedoors - Great service so far

Spoke to Will regarding defects on our 20 year old fire door in a flat in Northwich. Will was friendly and gave advice on what was required to make our fire door compliant with current fire regulations. He provided with a written quote and a date when he could fit us in to complete the work.

I am a landlord and arranged for a fire door to be fitted at my tenants' flat, upon the recommendation of the flat block management company. North West Fire Doors' quote was much better than that offered by the management company. North West Fire doors offered me great advice, provided a great door, organizing all themselves by liaising direct with my tenant. One phone call, job done within short space of time, no hassle for me is a landlord. Would highly recommend this company. They even painted the door for a reasonable additional fee. Busy landlords get this company's number in your phone book.

I cannot recommend NWD Ltd highly enough. Will who I initially spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable more than can be said for the Management Company for our flats. He gave good honest advice and the work was carried out in good time and efficiently.
I found the costs very reasonable too. I have no reservations about this company at all and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

The purpose of a review is to provide feedback to yourselves, positive or negatively. I my experience, it was a negative experience.
As for prioritising customers who spend with you. How do you every get new customers? Perhaps you need to review your customer service policies.
Is it so difficult to book an appointment and stick to it? We all have other commitments and scheduling appointments isn’t always convenient for both parties.

Firstly, an apology. It is never acceptable to me, nor any of my colleagues, to receive such a review, under any circumstances. To leave any person with the feeling that their only recourse is to leave a one-star review is not something we are proud of. On behalf of myself and North West Fire Doors, we sincerely apologise.
Unfortunately, as a small business with a fantastic service level, we sometimes must make decisions that are difficult. As you will appreciate, being a school representative, you requested that we attend during school holidays. We offered this time to you free of charge to help you understand the position you found yourself in. As it was the school holidays, we were also engaged in multiple school projects, where we had already received orders, doors had been manufactured and schedules of works issued. Inevitably, some things don't run to plan, and as a business, we pride ourselves in solving any additional challenges that our clients face. It is regrettable that in both cases where we offered to meet you, we found ourselves with clients, who faced such challenges and made the decision that those people who had spent money with us, had to take priority over speculative enquiries.
I would like to think, that had the situation been different, and that we had been able to engage with you, you too would have benefitted from the incredible problem solving and support that my team offers and been appreciative that we didn't pull team members from your job to deal with potential enquiries.
One could argue that we need more staff, and in many cases, this would be a simple solution, however, when a school contacts us, like you, we will only send out our Director of Operations to review the requirements to ensure that the highest level of knowledge and experience is given in support. As you will understand, I can't have multiple Director of Operations.
Nothing I say here, will encourage you to rethink your review. But perhaps, and it is my hope, that with some understanding of the situation, you may be encouraged to consider the impact of such a review. We take pride in our service level, and as all the other reviews testify to, it is a service you would have benefitted from had you have been a customer.

Quality company with amazing staff
I have now met most of the staff and they are all amazing, polite and so hard working. They literally arrive early start the job and do not stop until it is finished. The quality of the work is excellent and most of all their knowledge of fire doors and the legislation required is extensive. This fills you with confidence as a company knowing that you are meeting the correct standard required.
