I recently need to restore my left-handed 1973 Strat back to its original spec. Trying to find a loaded pick guard (my old one had holes in it where switches were placed in the 80's) Northwest had a decent selection and so I ordered one. It came promptly and at just under £20 was exceptional value. What really surprised me was the sound of the pickups. For the money they were really good. I'll probs try another couple of sets for comparison at some stage but right now I am happy to gig with these pups. Great job, Northwest!

I'd first used Northwest Guitars back in 2019 when I came across their website when looking for parts for Telecasters I was building at the time. They were great back then and I'm delighted to discover they still are. If anything, even better. Their delivery service is ultra rapid now. They have a good range of products with a budget that should suit everyone.
I'm getting back into building Teles but this time round I want to use some of their spray paint/lacquer finishes instead of my usual oil varnish hand finishes. Plenty to choose from on the website.

Pretty good body but the routing was a bit too big so one of my pick guard screws was not aligned

Over the years I have ordered goods from northwest and am constantly pleased with the service from them, they always seem to get your order to you earlier than you would expect and when I am totally happy in my dealings with them, a good range of products, their guitar stain is superb, I really cannot fault them on anything, I have been dealing with them for over 9 years , can't rate them highly enough you can always buy with confidence from them.

Very prompt service that goes beyond customer expectations

Ordered 2 Telecaster necks. Arrived quickly for international shipping. Fantastic products and fair price. Only complaint is DHL (shipping company) demanded large payment before they would deliver. This is probably due to our dumb President putting tariffs on everything, but that was the only glitch; not NWG’s fault.
