Gretsch / Epiphone Gold Roller Tunamatic Bridge
A nice replacement bridge that was needed for a new Gretsch 6120 as I always fit these over the standard Blade saddle Tunamatic.
Dropped in place and was easily adjusted to tune.
Have used Northwest a few times before.

We’re disappointed by this review as it doesn’t reflect what actually happened. As soon as you contacted us about the issue, we immediately apologised and sent you a prepaid return label and QR code so you could post the faulty tuners back free of charge. We also made it clear that we’d dispatch replacement tuners as soon as you confirmed they were in the post — we weren’t even waiting for the return to arrive before sending new ones.
Rather than use the free return and quick replacement we offered, you chose to discard the items and buy elsewhere. That was, of course, your choice — but it left us no way to resolve the issue for you.
We pride ourselves on resolving any genuine problem quickly and fairly, and we stand by the service we provided in this case.
Reasonable prices and fast delivery.
The hard part about living in the far north of Sweden is the range and shipping. Everything is harder to find and twice as expensive and even if you have fiber optic internet at the speed of light, shipping will piss you off by taking three times the expected time (even domestically). I can't help but be happy and satisfied when I found Northwest Guitars with good prices for good products and a surprising delivery time. Very happy.

Top notch service
I ordered a P Bass wiring kit and a couple of nice metal knobs. The items arrived very quickly, were packaged well and exactly as described.
I always like to support independent retailers, and this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from Northwest Guitars - every time the service has been top notch.

I bought two packs of Jumbo King strings which a bit of an industry standard , so all fine and dandy there.
What makes this a good sale is the great pricing , packing and swift delivery.
