Great service as always from Northwest guitars. The strings and picks are great and also got a free string winder thrown in. Delivery was quick so no reason not use a UK company over Amazon.

Incredible bunch of folk to deal with and they sell as far as I know, the best Telecaster pickup upgrades (Tonerider Vintage Plus), I’ve ever purchased anywhere. Turned my project Squier classic vibe 50s Tele into a monster of a Telecaster. Upgraded with the Vintage Plus pickups, Wilkinson Deluxe cream button tuners, CTS pods and Switchcraft output jack, and Fender custom shop 4 way switch (still looks like a Tele but the 4th position giving me both Toneriders in parallel, making them kinda one giant Humbucker. Great firm to buy from and I’m über-happy.

I was looking for a body that was out of stock. I used the button to "Notify when available" and it became available within a week or two, much faster than I expected.

I bought a bone saddle for an acoustic. It arrived very quickly via standard delivery. The saddle was as described and of good quality. I hadn't been able to find one with the right spec anywhere else, so was pleased to discover Northwest Guitars. Happy customer.

As usual the company dealt with the order swiftly. Unfortunately the roller bridge saddles were a loose rattley fit on my Epiphone bridge fitted to my Harley Benton HB35 guitar. I was able, with a struggle , to fit them to the original HB35 and they work well. Previous purchases of these saddles were fine.

The product I wanted was available at a lower price than elsewhere, with quick delivery. My son is very happy with the tremelo arm - a good quality product.

I suddenly had the urge to swap out the black pickguard on my butterscotch blond Tele. Looked online and found yours. Really liked the front pickup adjustment screwholes too. Ordered it and it arrived super quick. The new pickguard looks AWESOME!
