I placed an order for a full set of brake pads for my Honda CBF 100 ABS, when the pads arrived i had been sent the wrong rear pads, i contacted the parts dept who told me to send them back and send proof of postage and they would send out the correct pads for the next day delivery and reimburse me the cost of the postage plus the price difference of the pads, this i did, sending them through royal mail, l sent a copy of proof of postage. My replacement pads took 4 days to arrive by courier and still awaiting my full reimbursement, Not very impressed with the service at all
After my comments on Trust pilot, Joe from Cox Honda got in touch with me and was more than helpful in sorting out the reimbursement problem. Thanks for that Joe, would i use Cox Honda again, yes and have done

Very simple, accurate and quick hassle free service
I found the whole process extremely user friendly and when I called with a query was dealt with in a friendly and informative manner. I was even contacted reference the oil grade not being to original manufacturers specs and given all the info and a chance to research this accurate info. The order arrived within 24 hours and all parts were genuine and correct. I would definitely recommend them to others and indeed use them again myself.
