I purchased some toe sliders for my new …

My thanks to Damian at North West Motorcycles Direct for picking up on this issue and sorting it out.

I now have the correct toe sliders and Damian has been very helpful throughout this process.

I purchased some toe sliders for my new AlpineStars SMX Plus boots online on 15th March. The boots are brand new but the first time the toe sliders touched down at the wrong angle they broke, not impressive but not your fault. However when I ordered new toe sliders online I was sent the wrong ones, and I waited 7 days for them. They were for other boots in the SMX range. I immediately emailed the contact in the delivery note with images and copies of the delivery note as well as images of the sliders on my new boots. That was on the 23rd. On the 24th I posted back the incorrect toe sliders by 1st class post. It is now 4 working days later and I have not had a replacement or a call/email telling me what's happening.
If you sell online it's important that customer communication and trust are paramount in your dealings, you have failed in both instances I'm afraid. I hope to receive my new correct toe sliders soon.
