From start to finish we were super happy with the service. We found them on google but then also found they were recommended by our neighbours who have used them for years. We had an old water tank removed from the 3rd floor and a new Worcester Bosch combi put in the cellar. It looks so good I wish it was upstairs for all to see!
The boiler itself has been a dream! No more noisy shower pump, showers that warm up quickly and a great pressure in all the taps and showers.
Mike and his team were professional and when I had a query later on in the evening someone came over to check and help me.
Thank you Northwest plumbing we have other works planned and won’t hesitate to try book them in again.

Contacted Mike as my usual plumber didn’t seem to know what to do or recommend as a replacement boiler and separate water cylinder. Mike arrived on time to quote and explained in great detail of what we needed for our size of house. We also needed taps in the bathroom replacing and new sinks and a toilet. Price quoted was excellent and loved that it was very detailed so you knew exactly what each part of the work would cost as well as the prices of all the items we needed. Work started on agreed date and on time. Mike and his team installed a Worcester Bosch boiler and separate water cylinder and did a top notch job. They also installed 3 new sinks and wall taps and toilet and even did some tiling. They were all very professional, clean, tidy and extremely careful with our home which was being decorated when they came for a second job of installing 7 new aluminium radiators, they worked well with the decorator when replacing old for new radiators.
Mike is extremely knowledgeable about the products he installs and certainly knows his stuff . We highly recommend him and will no doubt book him for jobs in the future.

I am very happy with my recent boiler installation - which was competitively priced for materials and labour. Top of the range boiler and components used, full survey of your heating needs carried out by Mike before hand and work to be carried out fully explained. Great job by Mike and his team.

He rerouted some plumbing in our kitchen so that a dishwasher could be fitted. He talked us through all our options and then did a really great job, leaving the place clean and tidy once he was done.

On a separate occasion he fitted a new boiler for us. Mike was the cheapest quote we got (for exactly the same boiler), and also offered the longest guarantee. He and the team fitted it quickly and we've had zero problems since.

Mike and his team are friendly, reliable, tidy, and work very efficiently. Mike gives sound, honest advice and will always answer any questions I have. He spent a lot of time explaining what my options were when I needed to replace a very old boiler and hot water tank last year. His team installed a combi boiler as well as removing and replacing several radiators. When I accidentally caused a minor leak by removing an old radiator for decorating, Mike immediately responded with advice to help me fix it and then came out promptly when I wasn't able to (due to a problem with the old radiator valve). I've recently had that radiator replaced and relocated in the room by NWPS - a very neat job. The service was recommended to me by a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to continue to use and recommend to others.

We have used Mike on a several of occasions over the years. He is professional, reliable and has a great no-nonsense approach. Mike has undertaken annual boiler services and more recently a full rip out and new boiler installation. I've used NW Plumbing Solutions for several years, they installed our boiler and now carry out the annual service, as well as other plumbing jobs we've needed. I've always been pleased with their service, very friendly and professional, and would highly recommend them.

Northwest Plumbing Solutions reacted really quickly when we had a major leak with one of our radiator pipes under the floor during lockdown. They came round and isolated the leak really quickly, observing social distancing while we were under lockdown.

They then worked with us to work out when the pipes could be replaced to properly fix then leak and put the house right again.

They managed the project end to end, everyone who came around was professional and courteous, working cleanly and tidying up after themselves.

The end result is fantastic, not only is the leak fixed, but the room looks better than it originally did. The team worked around staff being furloughed to make sure we had access to hot water, and kept us in the loop the whole time.

Very much recommended!
