New washing machine
Bought a washing machine from here. They had the option to pay in 3 which was very helpful when needing to buy large purchases in an emergency. I'm very pleased with the washing machine and the service I recieved from start to finish. Would definitely buy from here again and recommend to others.
Exceptional family run business with great customer service
We are coming towards the end of our new build and so needed to buy a lot of appliances for our house. Andy was extremely helpful at recommending items to us that would work best in our home and the quality for the price is excellent.
We were so happy we went back to North x South to purchase a pizza oven and will buy all our future appliances from this store.
We also love that it is family run and that you get a much more personal experience when dealing with them rather than a chain.
Exceptional service and value for money!
Bought several pieces of equipment for our new kitchen including an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and extractor fan. Company spent a lot of time with us helping us to choose the right equipment and understand the differences between each of the options. Attention to detail was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. When we discovered the measurements given to us by the fitter for the extractor fan were incorrect, the company also sourced another integrated fan for us to the right measurements and had it delivered to us within 24 hours so that our kitchen installation wasn’t delayed. They were always at the other end of the phone for any questions on the equipment too! Amazing experience and would highly recommend!!

Resolved - Patronising and pathetic customer service
Edit 2: eventually NorthxSouth agreed to a full refund for the knives. Despite their continued nonsensical insistence that the fault was a maintainence issue, credit where credit is due they did the right thing when all was said and done.
One of the Circulon knives in the set I bought from them snapped in half on just the second use. Another knife was chipped on arrival but as it was still usable I hadn't said anything. However after the second knife broke it was clear that the set was faulty or of very poor quality. After some research of reviews it was clear that the latter was true, so we requested a refund.
The customer service team initially were understanding but then sent out a replacement knife (not set) before anything had been agreed upon. When we got back to them to reiterate that the knives were clearly not fit for purpose and we wanted a refund they tried to suggest that it was somehow our fault that the knife broke on second use due to 'poor maintenance'. Obviously displeased and unsatisfied with this response I stated directly that a refund was the only acceptable form of recourse. After two months they finally got back to say no further action was to be taken.
Tldr; extremely poor customer service and selling products unfit for purpose for exorbitant prices. Avoid at all costs
Reply to below; damaged knife and chipped knife were reported on second use regardless of how long after purchase it was. Refund was only reasonable recourse given how common issues with these knives seem to be reading reviews

I ordered a rather large bbq from Andy and it was delivered the following day by the haulage company. The questions I asked were responded to quickly and politely and I even got a few extras thrown in.
Went back a few weeks later in the afternoon and ordered a Rotisserie for the BBQ. It arrived the following morning first thing. WAYYYYY better service than you would get from Amazon and they are good.
I have no issues recommending these guys for their prices, response times and amazing delivery speeds.

Company didn't want to know that my machine wasn't working and said contact the manufacturer, 2nd issue I noticed damaged item and they didn't want to know either. Will be taking it further but avoid as customer service is poor very poor. More lies from this company in the reply below I did NOT want to send back as I didn't like it it was due to fact it doesn't work and that's the case as sage are sending someone out. Also the knock box damage wasn't noticed till now and it came from you in that condition. Company lie lie and lie. Didn't offer to inspect the machine AT ALL. I've heard awful things about this company and looking at reviews It all rings true.

Appalling Customer Service
Ordered via Amazon a steam cleaner made by Polti… after 4 months it completely stopped working.Contacted North X South whom refused to help me and said I had to contact the manufacturer ( even when I pointed out Trading Standards state it is the company you purchase from that should contact the manufacturer ) I was almost 2 months sorting it out myself and a replacement was sent . Unfortunately this one was faulty from the start so I informed the manufacturer again and it only worked for just short of 4 weeks . After a discussion with the manufacturer I was given 3 options.1, replacement, 2, refund, 3, choose an alternative. After a look at what was available to purchase an alternative from the manufacturer it would be £170 more . From the internet £70 .. so my best option was to refund and buy from the internet and save £100. North x South however said because I had had the cleaner for more than 30 days I couldn’t have a refund… even though the replacement wasn’t 30 days old that didn’t matter the 1st purchase was what they would go by. They even said because I’d had it 6 months I couldn’t have a refund ( confused 🤔 30 days ..6 months) I did point out that I hadn’t had a working cleaner for 6 months due to lack of customer service from themselves. There best suggestion was to take a replacement and sell it myself and then purchase the better cleaner
Seems to me this company only gets good reviews when all goes well … anything goes wrong and they really don’t want to know

Perfect and prompt service after our freezer died!
This was our 4th purchase from NorthXSouth (following an oven, microwave and washing machine) over the past couple of years and every time we couldn't have asked for better service.
Our fridge freezer stopped working suddenly last week and I did some shopping around online for a replacement. Other online stores, even those with a local presence, weren't able to deliver anything decent for almost a week. Enter these guys who gave us great advice and comparisons before delivering our new fridge freezer the very next morning.
Delivery was fast, friendly and COVID friendly and we can't see how anything could have been better. Will definitely be back next time something breaks!

We bought a iRobot S9+ vacuum. It was a competitive price but a very expensive purchase so we were nervous about using a new company. I read the Trustpilot reviews for NorthXSouth and went ahead. Delivery was free and we received it within a couple of days! It couldn't have been better. Will use them again!
Lack of after sale care.
I purchased an expensive Melitta Barista TS Smart coffee machine from NorthXSouth in July 2020. Within three months it had malfunctioned so I contacted their customer care immediately, explaining the problem and asking if they would replace the machine as it was basically new.
They said it would have to be sent to the manufacturer even though my contract was with them but they insisted and sent me contact details for Melitta UK, who were very sympathetic but required me to send the machine to them, at my own expense.
It was returned to me after three weeks and worked perfectly until this week, less than three months later, same problem.
I have emailed and sent messages to NorthXSouth on their FB messenger but have had no response at all.
To say that I am disappointed and angry is an understatement, this is not customer care, this is take your money and don’t care after that.
This coffee machine cost €950, it was a serious investment for me. As the seller, NorthXSouth should have at least offered a replacement when this problem occurred first, now they will not even answer my email.
