Good products, but some overpriced.
Norvo proved to be a serious company in the way you took care of my order. I was not happy with the telescope i bought, because of exaggerated marketing. You gave me the chance to order something else for the money, and that is why i am sure i will come back to order again. I like your line of products, but some are clearly overpriced. I think you lack the segment of «below 10$» and that many would add certain products if they were to be more reasonable price.

I have ordered a titanium pan from Norvo.no, product description is 100% titanium, but it is not I received, it is made by steel. They accepted and agreed that they have fake product and unreal product description. But i need to pay 20 - 80 Euro for freight back to return it or else i can just get 10% refund and 50% discount from next shopping. so ridiculous and unserious web shop. please have a review before ordering.

Scam
Scam. Sales false advertised products. Charge you high price for low/scam quality products.
Their website describes products as well has image showing the item incorrect from what you receive. And you most likely have to pay tolls for the product yourself when receiving the item. If you want a refund(that may not happened, when returned) and return, you have to pay the return charge yourself.
It has to be returned to Germany.
So avoid if you don’t want to be in a situation where you receive a scam product or not a product at all, for then to be up against customer service that will not refund you or allow return unless you pay for it yourself.
