Do not buy from this company. I returned a product following their official instructions exactly, even paying for international shipping myself. After they received the item, they claimed the address was 'wrong' and are now trying to steal 25% of my refund as a 'fee.' I have proof that I sent it to the correct address they provided. This is a scam tactic to avoid giving full refunds. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a product that stated "3 day express delivery" in the add! After tree days, the order had not even left China.
I also found the exact same product on Temu, for 1/4 the price I payed.
The Norvo store has a perpetual "50% discount", and every day is the last day of the "sale". This means that their listed previous pice on my item, is set eight times higher than what I found it for in Temu!
The only reply I got from their customer service was, "we are sorry you are dissappointed, here are your tracking link". I even sent them a screenshot of the add, commenting the delivery lies, and price lie! Absolutely no accountability!
My bad..but it will only happen once!
