Ordered over 2 weeks ago

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, still not dispatched. Obviously, this was an order placed for Christmas and most companies presumably expect higher volumes of orders at this time of year so should prepare? I received an email fairly quickly to explain slight delay but have heard nothing since. I've emailed them multiple times and not received a single reply. Contacted them on Instagram, again.. nothing. In the midst of all this I received an automated email asking me to leave a review which just seemed like an absolute p*ss take, so here I am leaving a review to reflect the rubbish service and complete lack of communication.. unfortunately I can't comment on the products because I don't have them.

Absolutely top top stuff

Ignore all the negative reviews one ordered multiple times from these guys and the items have been absolutely spot on every time. I expected delays due to Black Friday but I don’t mind waiting a little longer for top quality items. The “ perfect tees “ are f-ing brilliant.

So many negative reviews from impatient people so thought I’d leave this here! BRILLIANT COMPANY DESPITE DELAYS !

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! Especially if your out of the uk! So, i ordered a tracksuit off them on the 5th of november, two weeks later they send me half the tracksuit, which i had to pay 25€ customs fee for, i then sent them multiple emails trying to find out why ive been sent half of what ive paid for, two weeks later they get back to me apologising for being late (completely ghosted the part about sending half the tracksuit so now ive to pay double custom fees), they said it would be 3-4 WEEKS till i got the rest of my tracksuit, absolutely horrendous service, and as of today the rest of the tracksuit hasnt even been sent yet absolute scammers

SCUMMY COMPANY TOO RIGHT! Ordered on 30 Nov. I was very wary before placing the order looking at the reviews however my son desperately wants hoddy and joggas for Christmas. 7 days later I get a generic non personal email saying they are experiencing a busy period but haven't been forgotten. I emailed 3 days later to request an update. I send another email 48 hours later. I then get a ridiculous (again) generic non personal email saying there is an issue with my shipping address. BS!!! And that I must respond within 48 hours or this might delay the order or possible cancellation!!! What they are doing is buying time, they haven't got the goods in stock and are coming up with excuses to delay at their end. I responded saying I give them 48 hours to respond for I will escalate with my bank. They should have made customers aware on the website of items in stock/out of stock BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE BUYING AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS. Shocking. They do not respond to emails, they ignore. HONESTLY STAY WELL AWAY.
