I placed an order last Friday for a nike old season (season 3) tech fleece tracksuit top and bottoms in grey. For some reason they have only shipped out the bottoms and the tracksuit top is still being processed. Now they haven’t emailed me to let me know this at all and I have contacted them several times without a reply… I just want to know what’s happening… my order number is #49853…

EDIT… You reply here straight away but still haven’t replied to any emails? Today is the 8th day and is now nearly the weekend… what day with the tracksuit top be shipped because as I say it is nearly the weekend. You communication is very unfair when people have purchased stuff… I’ll give you until tomorrow to reply to my email with shipping info for my tracksuit top otherwise I’ll be changing this review to a 1 star and telling people to stay away. If you manage to ship the item I’ll happily change this review to a positive one :)

2nd EDIT: so I have just received the 2nd half of my order. It was posted on Friday and I recieved today (Monday morning)
All good and haven’t been scammed.
Good quality tracksuit and potentially would use again IF delays don’t happen.
Would I recomend? Yes if you want old season techs etc and if you’re ok with your order potentially being delayed a little. Other than that I give it 4 stars. My order has arrived thanks a lot.

Wish I could do minus stars. Spent £500 , they took the money but no email confirmation. Iv tried emailing them and filled out there forms online. Never respond. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM . .

I'd give NSTP 0 if I could. I ordered from them in October 2023. Obviously got nothing. I filed a CCJ against them and they didn't pay it. That was 18 months ago. Got an email from the courts saying NSTP have now applied for a cancellation certificate to annul the CCJ saying they've paid me the refund. They haven't. Not a penny. The courts now know this. I'm sure they are still "deeply sorry" though.

So my order finally came and the quality is good they have bad customer service

Orderd a trapster shooters tracksuit for my 16th birthday and Dpd saying thw courier refused my package don't know if it is a glitch hopefully it is or I grt a refund soon

The courier left the parcel in front of my house and when i arrived home I did not find the parcel anymore

Ordered a trapstar irongate arched puffer jacket and my order still hasn't been shipped after 4 days my order #49470 is still waiting to be shipped I have tried emailing them to ask them when my package will be shipped but again I've been ignored I would not advise ordering from this company as they take long to ship all I want is my jacket and for some reason it's been almost a week and it still hasn't been shipped I am very disappointed.

I order a 315€ order 2 weeks ago i sent emails talked to the ai chat nothing has helped and emails have been ignored it didnt even ship out yet it said it takes 5 days to be shipped but it never did they didnt even send it out yet if any staff could help me i would appreciate it!

Terrible they told me they was going yo refund me after they didn’t pay the international tax on my parcel and now are ignoring my emails I’ve been waiting since the beginning of feb and still have no answer

This site is a big scam. I ordered april 12th, and since then I didn't get any emails that my order has been confirmed. I didn't get any emails about my order being shipped even tough they say the order should be shipped within 48 hours. I highly doubt I will get my order since I seen all these reviews, so I just lost my 140 euros I worked very hard for especially in a country where salaries are not that good.

Do not buy from this company. As many other reviews have pointed out, they consistently fail to ship orders and hide behind vague, copy-paste excuses like “this month is busy.” It’s clear they rely on influencer marketing to appear legitimate, but for regular customers, the experience is completely different, you’re left with no product and no real support.

I strongly recommend initiating a chargeback through your bank and reporting them to Action Fraud. Most people don’t realize they can dispute these transactions, don’t let them get away with it.

Buy at your own risk.

Ordered my item on the 27th March and its now 7th of April and my order is still being prepared. Ive emailed countless times and theyve only responded to 1 then ignored the others. Probably not going to get a refund as there apparently still preparing my order when its been 11 days. Joke i want my £270 back

Worst company to buy anything from ordered a pair of af1 pure white and they send you the wrong shoes and expect you to pay for a return
