Company has just declared liquidation
Company has just declared liquidation and it seems as though I have lost my $800 coffee table on pre order. Hopefully, paypal can help recover my money.
They didn't even bother to contact me...I had to email them

Order Cancelled inexplicably with no explanation provided!
Placed an Order for 2 Paola Marble Table Lamps on the 18th May, only for said Order to be inexplicably Cancelled 2 days later.
My efforts to contact the Customer Service team over the past few days via phone & online chat have all been unsuccessful, with no member either responding or advising a call back that never comes.
Good news is that the total amount paid has been refunded back into my bank account, however, I'm still left bewildered and wondering why my Order got cancelled in the first place.
Putting aside abhorrent Customer Service, the websites products appear to be of good quality, so please do shop here at your expense.
I've now purchase the same lamps elsewhere and for a better price.
What a shame for this business!
