Yes, we made a mistake when trimming the refill sheets and I'm sorry this was your first order, so you have not experienced how rare mistakes happen. We did discuss that 1. You will receive a replacement order at no cost; 2. You were provided with a discount on all future orders as reseller; and 3. You were advised on the sheet size to make your customers happier with your products.
I do hope your customers will rank you, not on that you actually made an error, but on how you were treated after the error was discovered.

The pads that I ordered originally were received in a very low quality print. when I called to tell them I was not satisfied they immediately reprinted and sent me new pads that were great. While it was an inconvenience, they they took care of the problem and I'm satisfied with the outcome.
