I am happy with the order I have done in January.
One thing that I had to subtrack a start for is the enormous amount of packaging. The cosmetics were packed in their original boces, and then covered with a lot of bubble foil, and then wrapped with some more foil, and at the end I was left with a massive amount of plastic waste.
I think it's high time to re-think how much packaging is needed!

Also I went back to reorder some of the things from my last order; however the prices have hiked up, differences being 20-50%! I don't really get why the products' prices went so much up within a spam of 6 weeks, but that has deterred me from re-purchasing.

I like shopping at Notino. They have some products that is hard to find elsewhere and additionally products I buy are cheaper than anywhere else I´ve looked. So I´m glad Notino is here and enables easy and convent shopping experience :)

Didn't find an option for free delivery and delivery within Switzerland for 10 days is a bit long..

Vary good prices compare to other websites.

Experience is good.....However 1st time I ordered I got some free gift, now is my 3rd order after that, if I don;t get any gift I will change the Company I order with.

Worst customer service response EVER!!!!!

Received beautiful candle but was completely damaged. The response was a disgrace.

I'm writing this review just after purchasing, so I have not received the goods so far or have any experience with the shipping process.

The purchase is easy online. However, I am really surprised that they do not offer a free shipping, not even if you spend hundreds of francs in their shop. Most online shops do.

Another thing that I disliked a lot is that they offer for a charge, an option for "Ecologically packaging" and another for insuring the shipment. Although I see their good options, this again should be including by default in their orders.

Do not buy from this seller, i'm waiting since 3 month to receive a refund of my money for an order that i never received. The business behavior is at a high degree unprofessional and dubious and despite friendly emails the company doesn't seem to care about their customers.
