Notino Reviews 

Placed an order despite the many bad reviews purely because of price. Ordered 27th December, received product 31st December. Very happy with goods and price. Will use again.

1st time customer of this site and last. Absolutely shocking customer service, Nicholas in particular is no help at all and does nothing to resolve any issues.

I'm chasing a refund for items that I purchased which the delivery company failed to leave in a safe place. As per Trading Standard Laws and the Consumer Rights Act, my contract is with Notino as I paid them for a product, which is their responsibility until it reaches me.

I have contacted customer services numerous times. An investigation with DPD had to be opened I was told and I would hear back within 6 days. No contact so I again rang the company.

Nicholas, eventually after putting me on hold about 5 times, said he would 'look to' refund me. I asked if he was going to do it as he didnt sound sure and he said 'sure'

I asked if I would recieve confirmation of this and he again gave me a very vague answer and said I 'should.'

Suprise, suprise, I didnt so I called again and as it was him who picked up I asked why it hadnt been done.

Nicholas then said he would do it and send me an email.

I have indeed got an email this time round however whenever a refund is actioned via paypal, I get information straight away. I have recieved nothing from PayPal so I will have to call Notino again in regards to this.

Very irritating and absolutely terrible, especially this close to Christmas.

Yes the items are cheap and there have been good reviews for this site but it's when something goes wrong that you truly know how good a company is.

I would much rather pay more for the item and go with a mainstream company, who you know will cover you as a customer if anything goes wrong than risk it with this company, to save a couple pounds.

They have essentially stolen from me at Christmas.

It is cheap, but sometimes it is not worth paying that much for shipping just to get an item which is cheapier... so, i suggest making deals for buying more, but getting free shipping

Great variety of products, it’s always difficult to choose what to order- the delivery is always on time and the complimentary samples are a nice touch. When ordering as a gift, the packaging is so beautiful 😍

Affordable prices. Various original products. Perfumes mixed between fragrant old and wonderful modern. But I prefer old perfumes because they are associated with beautiful memories. Thanks for caring for customers.

I like this website! It is perfect!

I bought a number of shaving products. On arrival, I found one of the shaving soaps to have been clearly used, as it had abig piece missing and marks from a razor in it as well as foam at the edges.

Selling and shipping used or returned hygenic products is digusting, unhygenic and unprofessional.

However, instead of making things right and offering a refund as requested, Notino offered me a limited voucher that would not cover buying the product again. Even if the voucher had covered the required sum, would you like to buy from this company?

Pushing for a refund again, I was informed that I had to pay for return shipping myself and wait up to 4 weeks for an evaluation on whether a refund could be issued.

Easy to use website, good product range, great prices, prompt despatch and delivery, good packaging. Everything arrived exactly as ordered and in perfect condition. All round perfect transaction.

So i nromally buy from another rival fragrance site but saw this come up on a google Ad with a cheaper price for my usual favorite daily fragrance ( Lalique Encre Noire Eau de Toilette for Men ) I buy this becuse it lasts for hours and has a nice smell so i am aware how its suppose to smell and last. However after recieving it from Notino i am disappointed with the product. I am not going to accuse Notino of selling fakes but they have a batch that is clearly weak in smell and lasts less than an hour. I still have a previous bottle from a rival site and its smells stronger and lasts longer. so what is going on here? Notino have a issue with their suplliers it seems becuse they say they dont sell counterfiet products? Also one thing i noticed on the bottom of the bottle (Notino version) The label has a diffrent print (font is smaller) so something is off with this product. To sum it up i will never use Notino again i would rather pay the extra money to get from my previous frangrance site becuse at least i know it smells and lasts like it should.

Everything is as expected, nothing to put a finger on. Especially love the extra free samples they give when you buy fragrances, so you get to try new scents. Please keep doing that.
