I tried to order a product valued at £6.89 when I went to checkout, it had jumped up by £4. No explanation why the £6.89 product would end up costing £10.89. Won’t be buying.

Have bought many times from Notino & have always been happy with my buys. Fast delivery, good prices & good products.

I would like to have the option to share the shopping list/cart with family members.

I ordered a product and when the package arrived I got something else. I contacted customer service who did not want to acknowledge this and did not want to send me the correct product. Really bad service and won’t ever order from Notino again.

They have a longer waiting period for delivery from what they write on their website.
I received a product which was opened previously and was not looking as it should be, their reaction was not professional. The other product was with smashed outer package.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service- they have not refunded me for 2 items I included in the parcel to return and they are claiming they never received it and to raise an issue with the delivery company although there is no proof that the parcel was damaged upon arrival to their warehouse… what kind of bull crap is this company???? Really rude and unresponsive, they do not help at all DONT ORDER

I would rate 0 if I could. Have been trying from December to get a refund for products returned. They are now saying not delivered but I have tracking number stating delivery in December
Worst returns and customer service ever. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

I've bought some Alpecin shampoo Made in Germany, but the label is in polish language 👎

Got what I paid for. Not the fastest delivery but they informed about the time and stayed within that time. Was the cheapest on the market for the product I looked for and free delivery on all things. Can't expect day to day delivery on top of that :)

It's very bad service. I got machine and after 5sek started was already broken. And it's not about machine because can be something wrong with, but about service. (I need this machine to my work) When I write emails to company they didn't answer. I have send back machine and all information Im still waiting for money back. 😏Don't do shopping here because they are the most bad company. I never got disappointed like that.

God pris og god vare. Der var fragtfri levering, selv om det var en lille ordre, og alt var som lovet og som der stod skrevet.

I bought chloe nomad perfume for my wife from notino smells nothing like what she normally has and the smell didn't last at all definitely fake don't waste your money

I have placed an order on 30th of November. Obviously this was a Christmas present. I've received an email that the order has been shipped and got a tracking on the 6th of December. My order has not moved ever since.

I've called the customer service asking what to do, however, they did not really care. I've just received a standard answer and have been told to wait.

I know it's not their fault that the carrier did not deliver, however, when you have a package that's been stale for almost 3 weeks now (and counting), you should know that this package is never going to reach its final destination, nor will it be in good condition.

This is really not what I expect when I spend almost 100 euros. Thanks for the great experience...

The only reason I offered 2 stars is the cost of the shipping. Many other online shops offer delivery the very next day for only 29kr, but Notino offers next-week delivery for 59 kr. Please think of a strategy to offer customers lower shipping costs, you won't make a profit out of that!!
