Good customer service

Immediate answer by email to a question which solved problem. Easy location for collection if deliveries. Easy website. Good product choice.

Stale & Rancid Fragrances

I ordered 6 different fragrances from Notino, 4 of them were completely stale and genuinely smelled of almost nothing ( for example SWY Intensely which is a relatively strong one and I've owned before had 0 smell ), 1 was completely rancid and actually gave me teary eyes and 1 had a scratched up bottle and was also not smelling quite right. My guess is the box sat in extreme heat or the bottles themselves were mishandled / not stored properly. I've requested a return and will be receiving the value back as store balance to give them a second chance. Maybe it was the shipping company's fault - for now this experience remains extremely negative though and I'd urge anyone to buy from elsewhere if they can help it.

love the brands and the service

love the brands and the service, it would be great to get the discount with the discount code if it worked, it said the brand is 126 euros with the discount code but doesn't recognise it so i have paid the full price of 145 euros,
