Great variety of brands and products

There is a great variety of brands and products in fair prices and often competitive prices with offers and gifts. I always receive good suggestions of varied products and the site can be easily navigated.
On the minus side, i have sometimes experienced long deliveries time.
All and all, i enjoy shopping from notino!

MY 100€ perfume is missing

I just opened my box and my 100€ perfume is missing! They only included some other items I had ordered but not the main item.

I have been ordering items online for more than 15 years from Greece and abroad. This has NEVER happened to me before. This is a terrible experience for anyone. I feel as if someone robbed me. I am NEVER ordering again from them and I will follow up legally.

UPDATE Sept. 25 2025
After escalation, Notino investigated the case and contacted the courier. The courier offered them compensation, and I finally received a refund of €92 for the missing perfume.
Changing my rating since they helped and resolved the case. However this was an unfortunate purchase but I am glad the issue was resolved.
