I have been scammed by this company, on January 3 I placed an order for 123 euros, I still have not received my order, I am also asking for my money back but I have not received it back, I have already emailed a few times, the first few times it was said that it was being processed and now that they would investigate it but I still have not heard anything, it is a strange and crazy company, never order from here again

I love the vast array of products, and the shipping is fast. My go-to site for beauty products. Highly recommended!

Good website, I ordered from them several times and everything went smooth most times. Only dealt with the customer service once as they sent a defective product but they refused to accept my return and send a new one, so I'd say all is good until there's an issue. I wish they had a more responsive and kinder customer support.

I purchased a number of items recently. When the package arrived, one of the items was not correctly sealed in its box and fell on the ground the moment I removed it from the package, smashing as it was a glass container, and all the product was lost. I never asked for money back, just replacement, but they dismissed my request claiming that I should produce a video of the item falling...I found their offer of 1/5 of the price back as a voucher and later 1/2, offensive as they doubted my good faith. Awful.

My experience with the company has been very unpleasant, I ordered twice a product and twice the wrong one was delivered, not only that, post return expenses they don’t cover so one has to pay it, on top of it the expenses of the reture are not refunded!! I’ll never buy from them again.

Shipped an incomplete order but didn't tell me, and also didn't refund until I chased them down and threated to inform the police. They also try to have comments removed and Trustpilot, as with many other businesses then deletes negative reviews.

Knowing about NOTINO.IT for some years now, and everything about it is Great.

I ordered a shoes and now perfume, let's see the result, i hope it will b good, and i got what i ordered,

I have placed an order for maximum of items which was 10, as I needed few more I did 3 orders, 2 of these has been shipped however with the 3rd order I was told that they are not wholesaler and decided to cancel my order.
Few days later I have placed additional order for mix of items and added my previous missing items. Finally without any information they have shipped 1 item and decided to cancel the other staff without telling me about it, what a service. Do they think they are god and can do whatever they want? Lack of communication, if you run a business and offer items to sale you rather should be happy that you have customers who wants to purchase your products.

Notino is a really good webside it came 3 days after i bought it good work

I placed an order the 3rd of June and today is the 9th of June and my package still didn't came.
I never waited so long for my package from Notino and please don't blame the 3rd party GLS cause I didn't place my order by them!
