Great for Buying but Horrible Returns

I will continue to purchase from Notino because the quality and price of the products are excellent and shipping is fast. However, I'm convinced that the address they give for returns is not a real address because twice now my packages have been lost on the way back to Notino using two different carriers. I insured the packages, but Italian couriers never refund the cost of lost items, so I have literally thrown money away. I talked with a friend who works at Poste Italiene and she says it is very common that return packages to Notino to disappear into thin air.

Bad filters.

No filters for volume of liquids, filter for prize working not properly, for DYI hail coloring no filter for your hair color. Thats why I need to spend more time for buy.

I am extremely happy with the response…

I am extremely happy with the response and support of Notino. I had experienced some problems on receiving the product. Contacting the support was easy and they were updated with the issue encountered.
Later when I have to return a procduct, the response to my enquiry and instructions were quick and detailed.

I really don't advise anyone to use…

I really don't advise anyone to use this website. I ordered a perfume in a gift package. 1) the order came late 2) the package was literary destroyed (unfortunately I can't add pics in order to show you how it was) 3) when I tried to talk with the support department they were very slow in responding and super unprofessional, they only offered me a voucher of 5 euro valid for 3 months, which you cant buy nothing with it, so in this case, I will have to make another order with them with a bigger value, and when I told them to refund me the money directly they refused.

Non consiglio davvero a nessuno di utilizzare questo sito. Ho ordinato un profumo in una confezione regalo. 1) l'ordine è arrivato in ritardo 2) il pacco è stato letteralmente distrutto (purtroppo non posso aggiungere foto per mostrarvi com'era) 3) quando ho provato a parlare con il reparto di supporto sono stati molto lenti nella risposta e super poco professionali , mi hanno offerto solo un buono di 5 euro valido per 3 mesi, con il quale non puoi comprare nulla, quindi in questo caso dovrò fare un altro ordine con loro con un valore maggiore e quando ho detto loro di rimborsarmi i soldi direttamente hanno rifiutato. assolutamente una truffa
