I live at a rural address in the North Island. I was so shocked to see my parcel on the doorstep the next day. This never happens not for rural delivery. Incredibly impressed at how fast my purchase arrived.

An awesome customer experience. NZ Post lost my mother's day gift box. Not Socks very quickly found out what had happened and reached out to me, quickly organizing and sending a replacement gift. Harry could not have been better to deal with!

The quality, variety, efficiency and customer service always exceeds expectations. My orders on average from ordered to delivery is 30 hours, that's if ordered in the evenings. I live in Wellington so it's not across town delivery.
100 % recommend for gifts or a treat for yourself.

Harry and I persevered with my request for an hour to eventually resolve the problem and achieve what I wanted for my mum in time for mother's day. Great work from the team and I am very satisfied with the service I got even though it took alot of patience and am still stressed by it.

I am absolutely blown away by the outstanding service from notsocks.co.nz.
I made an order on afterpay so I could get some sensory items for my daughter, some masks and a few other bits and pieces.
I also ordered one gift bag and requested they just put it in my box as it was a mixed order.
I placed my order and received it really quickly which was super cool.
I opened my box and found a surprise inside.
The beautifully kind staff member had instead of just one had put multiple gift bags in various sizes for my daughter's gifts plus some tissue paper.
I was absolutely blown away at such thoughtfulness, generosity and kindness shown.
Times are really hard for me right now as they are for a lot of people and being a solo mum of a special girl with ADHD, ADD,ODD and high anxiety disorder and having multiple serious health issues that is unable to work melted my heart and is now going to give my daughter a great Birthday.
I even emailed and said thank you because it was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated.
It may seem small to most people but to me it helps immensely with the cost.
I love notsocks anyway but I highly recommend as their products, service and staff are just amazing!

Late delivery, no response to multiple emails, disappointed in the service and lack of help I will for sure not be a future customer again.

Edit: Only being notified of the delays after leaving a review but I do understand the short staff situation, would have really liked to be kept up to date via email then as even the tracking website estimated the delivery a few days ago and it did not arrive.

Very very disappointed. Ordered a birthday gift which would have arrived on time according to their website & my confirmation email (2-3 business days as I do not live in a rural area). Tomorrow will be day 5 and I'm still hoping will also be the day it finally arrives. Needless to say it is already too late and won't be half as special anymore. Is it really that hard to give an accurate delivery time? Would have hd no issue paying for faster shipping if I knew it was going to be like this. No shipping updates either apart from the one i received right after ordering, overall just a massive let down and I 100% will not be returning or recommending anyone to Not Socks.

If I wanted a crappy knockoff, I'd have bought from wish. The picture looked great, was excited to receive. Very disappointed when what I got was a cheap shoddy knockoff of the product photographed.
When I approached the company they completely ignored any accusations of breaching the fair trading act, sending a crap product etc and offered a refund which I grudgingly accepted.
Disappointed because in the past I've been happy with them and then they don't even acknowledge my issue.

This place has never let me down. Great bargains and super speedy delivery!! I live in Auckland and because of lockdown and courier backlog I wasn't expecting my goods for about 10 days, especially since this retailer is in the South Island.

My order was dispatched the same day of ordering, and delivered the day after. The goods were fantastic quality. I think I might have to purchase more!!

Customer service is amazing. Very reliable and speedy and polite communication. Delivery is fast, and orders were wrapped very well. Generous with replacement of broken toys. Special shout out to Melisa for her excellent customer service.
