I ordered the butterfly garden kit as a gift and needed it delivered fairly swiftly. I spoke to a very helpful person on the phone who did all he could to meet my needs. I received the kit within 2 days using the standard Royal Mail service. Really pleased with NotTheUsual's efficiency and service.

prompt delivery - the bag was a little smaller than expected but OK and very stylish. The zip up compartments would have been better if 'see through' but otherwise a quality product to give as a present to the men who have everything!.

Was passed their website by another well known company for a product I was after. Ordered and paid for 2, then got a phone call minutes later and a voicemail saying no stock available. Rang back to be told the chap had been and found last 2 in the warehouse. Order received following day and am very very happy!

I ordered a present for my nephew's birthday on the Monday, in anticipation for the Saturday. However, it didn't arrive. It's now Monday and still no sign of it. It may be a problem with Royal Mail but it's still disappointing. I emailed nottheusual though and they replied promptly, which is good. It still doesn't solve the conundrum about the missing gift though. And a bit embarrassing turning up without the gift on Saturday.

One of the items in my order was unavailable, it was a book that had gone out of print. I got a phonecall the day after placing the order telling me this and refunding my money straight away. It was great that somebody actually phoned up and explained instead of just sending an email or a note with the order, you don't get that kind of personal service much anymore, oh and their products are great, an extensive range of gifts and goodies for all budgets.

Bought as a present for my daughters nursery teacher as she has no joy at growing sunflowers! Nice box, cheerful design and fingers crossed healthy sunflowers next year!
