Very pleased with my order, was worried at first about placing an order with a relatively unknown company to me but that went straight away after professional invoices letting me know when when I was to be billed and product dispatched. Goods arrived on time and was packaged very carefully with bubble wrap in the brown packet. Once goods arrived I was fully satisfied with what I bought and they matched the description stated on website. Would definitely recommend and will be shopping with them again in the future.

I recently purchased some bits from the Ted Baker stationary range, and I couldn't fault the service. I placed my order late at night but received a call first thing the next morning to inform me that one of the products was out of stock and asking if I wished to purchase the other items in my order. Despite my order now being less than the minimum for free postage, I was not charged for delivery and my order was delivered 2 days later. I am very pleased with the whole purchase and communication from this company and will happily buy from again.

Just after I ordered I received a call from a really pleasant chap from their offices telling me that one of the notepads was out of stock and would I like to wait, replace or cancel. Most companies would have emailed. I replaced and the order arrived swiftly, well packaged and is brilliant.

I ordered three items from this website, all from the Happy Jackson brand. Shortly after paying for the items, someone from the company called me to say that one of the items unfortunately was not available anymore as the last one had been sold. He informed me of the date that the item was expected back into stock and I agreed to wait. He then phoned again a week later to update me on the status. I arrived my items much earlier than I expected. I was really happy with the service and the regular updates on the process of my order. Thank you.
