I ordered my product last Thursday, and was led to believe that I would receive it by Tuesday at the latest. However, it still has not arrived. What makes it worse is the fact that I have contacted the site twice, and still haven't received a reply.

We take our customer service very seriously at NotTheUsual. As you have not left your name, I have just checked the orders for last Thursday and there is not one outstanding, they have all been shipped. All of the orders placed were done so with our standard shipping service, so we say to allow 3-4 working days. This would have been by Wednesday, not guaranteed for Tuesday.

I was sent an incorrect item, but this was immediately rectified with the correct item that I had ordered as a birthday present arriving the next day, plus no qualms over return postage with a returns sticker included. I would use this company again!
