Purchase of gentlemans hardware bottle
The prixe and the procedure of buying my bottle was all good and smooth, but on arrival and only one day of using the bottle the design already started coming of, making it an absolutely ridiculous price for the minimal quality it proved to be.

Website stated items were in stock but 50% were not
I ordered a load of presents on this website as it stated they had stock. They did not! Very disappointing! The website was also difficult to navigate, not user friendly at all. It was so bad my hubby wanted to give us but I stupidly pushed thro! Had to cancel the entire order by which time I'd been out to do my Christmas shopping, so am needing to go again. Grrr!
