I’m really sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the shampoo. Because our formula is fully natural and free from synthetic thickeners, it can feel a bit lighter or more fluid compared to conventional shampoos, but the performance and concentration of active ingredients remain the same.
That said, if you received a bottle that seemed off or inconsistent, we’re more than happy to issue a refund or send you something similar to the Oud version you mentioned. We want to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your experience.

Change in recipe?
Last time I ordered your Arabian oud beard oil it smelled amazing. I was legit obsessed with it. Started wearing it even when I didn’t have a beard. But when I ordered this time it smelled completely different. Almost wasn’t sure if I got the wrong kind but there was no label so I couldn’t tell. Honestly would love to order more if you go back to the original recipe.

I really appreciate you taking the time to share this. You’re right — the Beard Oil Oud you received was part of a small final batch we brought back before reformulating. We’ve actually been out of stock for a few months as we’ve been working on an all-new version. Each order from that run included a note explaining the reasoning behind the temporary no-label bottles.
It’s possible the one you received might have come from a bottle that didn’t hold its scent properly, which can sometimes happen with smaller batches. We’d be happy to issue you a refund for that one.
The good news is we’re working with one of the biggest fragrance houses in the world on the new Oud formula, and it’s shaping up to be even richer and longer-lasting than before. Can’t wait for you to try what’s coming next.

10/10 Products!!!!!!!
Their shampoo and conditioner is incredible. I have very dry and curly hair and it’s so hard to find good products. This shampoo made my hair feel clean without drying it out, while the conditioner made my hair feel softer than any other I’ve tried. I had a feeling natural products would help achieve this, and I was right! I’m hoping Noun releases a curl line soon…if this is what their products do now, I could only imagine how a Noun product targeted towards curls would make my hair look!

Noun Naturals Overall Experience
I tried out so many different shampoos and conditioners throughout my life. I would always get the same results. My scalp would feel extremely dried out and I would have slight dandruff. It killed my confidence.
Then I was recommended Noun Naturals Shampoo and Conditioner.. This may sound crazy but they are truly life changing products. My hair felt healthy and strong instantly after the first use. My confidence came back, I stopped always wearing hats because I like the way my hair looks and feels again!
Then I looked into more Noun Natural products! Hair Oil and Body Butter were next up for me to try out!
The hair oil replenishes my scalp and keeps my hair smelling and feeling fresh. I use this product every morning before I head to the office ready to take on the day.
The Body Butter may be my favorite product. I started using the body butter strictly on my body only after the shower. In the summer it kept my skin moisturized and my summer tan would last way longer/my skin would not peel after coming back from a vacation!
Then I looked more into the ingredients are all natural and realized the body butter is safe for the face and even works as a chapstick for my lips
I can not leave the house without hydrating my face with Body Butter. A little goes a long way! I feel like the body butter and hair oil can last me forever because of how little amount you actually have to use per application.
I am not typically a beard grower, however, No Shave November is the only time I rock a beard all year long.
Last year I used the Oud Beard Oil.. let me just tell you, ladies will not be able to resist you. I felt like an Arabian King for the month, my beard used to grow in a little patchy in certain areas but after using the beard oil my beard grew in thick, full, and soft.
As much as I would like to gate keep Noun Naturals all to myself. I would be doing the world a disservice. I recommend Noun to all of my friends and co workers because this brand was recommended to me and it changed my life so I want to change someone else’s life with Noun’s products.
I will use Noun for the rest of my life and I would love to see this brand grow even more to the point where it is on shelves in every shampoo and conditioner section. I am never the person who even leaves reviews for anything but I feel so strong about this brand specifically. I hope at least one person could read this review and give them a chance because once you do, you will never go back 100% guaranteed

Shampoo and Conditioner are Amazing
I bought their shampoo and conditioner and I have to say it’s great. All natural ingredients too. My family and I use this app that scans products and rates them depending on how bad their ingredients are. Noun scored 100/100 which is phenomenal, it’s rare to see a product with a score that great. But yeah I’m not switching any time soon.
