Before drinking this kefir product I had a very big problem with reflux but after using it for about a month the problem has gone. I continue to drink the kefir and the reflux has not returned.

Very good quality kefir. This is an essential health product for my diet. You can tell is still active because it is a bit fizzy. A must have when I take antibiotics to add back healthy bacteria to my gut.

Have found the benefits of Nourish Kefir to be incredibly beneficial, and would fully recommend for anyone with concerns re ibs etc, however, also for anyone who values their general health. The team are a delight, and provide helpful and efficient support.

I ordered the goat kefit after trying it in Wholefoods. I love the quality and taste, and the fact that the dairy is close by to where I live. Will order again soon.

Having recently had my bowel removed I rely on probiotics. Panicking as I had run out, Nourish Kefir took my money on the assurance it would be delivered in 24 hours,(on line and over the telephone). A week later im still waiting...with now an inflamed bowel. Contacting 'Deborah' who defensively insisted it HAD been delivered ! One thing for certain I had not left my home for 3 weeks ! Deborah you need to question your delivery Co NOT your Customers who you have let down.This is your responsibilty. A professional Co would take a complaint and view it as an opportunity to rectify the situation ,shockingly, this woman stated " i am detecting a little anger in your voice" and slammed the phone down!! Is this for real? Grow up. At least an apology would have been welcomed.Remember the real winners in this Covid 19 era are the retailers many of whom are taking advantage of highly vulnerable people with promises they cannot fulfil i would have respected being told that so I could seek out an alternative.
Companies during this crisis will be remembered for the right AND the wrong reasons for how they treated their Customers especially highly vulnerable ones and unfortunately NOURISH KEFIR you fall into the latter. Obviously you failed on fulfilling the delivery but it was the customer service that was the real issue here. You DID NOT deliver. You DID NOT handle your failure to deliver. But full marks for detecting I may have been a little peeved. NIL POINTS.
