It took me about a week to pull the trigger on my purchase, but I am not disappointed at all. I got two chandeliers, one for my bedroom and one for the living room and I must say, they are beautiful. I've had several compliments already!
I love my new chandelier and am considering getting some wall lights too. Their collection is so luxurious.
Do not use this company , I have items delivered after a long lead time and when they arrived they were damaged . Despite numerous e mails they have only offered a discount . The items are of poor quality and damaged . I requested a refund but nothing from them yet. Seems like the items have traveled a long way from the far east .
Delayed shipping and poor quality! Ordered 3 pendant lights for a home renovation. Shipping times advertised are false. All 3 arrived at different times, and over 4 weeks of constant delays. The product arrived in Australia with "corn cob" style G9 globes, which are not compatible with any other E27 style globe. Unable to change globes for a softer light, the product is not of a good quality and customer service have simply ignored several emails requesting assistance. I am so regretful for ever having ordered from NOUR!
I purchased 4 pendant lights from this online retailer. They offer free & fast shipping. The pendants were very nice and modern looking which is what we wanted. However, we realized the wiring would not work with our existing set up and the covers at the ceiling weren’t the same (we had ordered 2 of 1 style & 2 of another style that they had shown together online but they did not show the junction boxes at the ceiling in the online photos so we had been unable to see what they looked like online).
On their website it says:

* Every item in our collection is of top-notch quality.
*Not satisfied? We offer you a full refund, no questions asked.
What they don’t tell you is that you have to send the merchandise a very long way to get it back to them! $$$
So I contacted them via email, per their return policy. I knew I would be responsible for return shipping. However, their return email advised me I would would have to pay for return shipping to The Netherlands! NOWHERE on their website do they let one know they are located in The Netherlands. I went to the post office & had them check how much it would cost to return the packages (as they had sent the pendants in 2 boxes). We paid about $200.00 for the 4 pendants & shipping from Seattle, WA to The Netherlands would have cost over $400! I let Nour lighting know I would not be returning the pendants and that I was upset they were not transparent about their location on their website. I also advised them that if they are able to ship worldwide for free they should be able to provide a return label & then deduct a reasonable amount from the refund. They would not do this. I let them know I felt they were not standing behind their products with these kinds of practices. They eventually gave me a 20% refund.
I have looked back at their website & it still does not show where they are physically located & where products ship from. Their return policy has not changed.
Also, they sent me an email in March 2023 asking for a review. I filled it out. However, my review has not been posted on their website. Reviews that were written after mine (in April & May) have been posted. Of course, those ones are positive reviews.
So, be forewarned!
Make sure you really want what you are purchasing if you choose to do business with them.
