Solid service, no complaints

Very easy to use, everything just seems to work, already got a Saving with my energy bills, and the cashback is incentivising.
Overall does what it's advertised too without over promising.

Comms is great

Comms is great, and saves so much time and hassle in trying to find the best deal from a reliable supplier - they do all the hard work including making the switch, would definitely recommend

Excellent service

Nous really does provide a great service - they have helped me switch energy, Internet and mobile providers. Ive saved money and they have taken all of the hassle out of it. The fact I can chat to them on whatsapp makes it really accessible and easy.

Honestly....recommend! An almost eerily efficient service that just does what it says. In a world where we are all used to bad service this was a revelation. I saved £244 effortlessly. Nous is now checking out my other possible switches and I am confident I will save lots more.

Incorrect tariff when switched

Recently undertook an energy switch with Nose prior July the 1st. Gave a good month to initiate the change. The agents working for Noise provided a quote and suggested a tariff which I was happy with. They performed very poorly with the transfer and I have ended up on a higher tariff rate due to their incompetence. Furthermore, since the switch, I have reached out to nous via the app and email asking for assistance on why this has happened and I have been ghosted with messages left on unread.

I would not recommend this product as there seems to be something systematically wrong with there operation.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear this has been frustrating, and that we weren’t able to get back to your WhatsApp messages as quickly as we would have liked after the weekend.

The tariff we originally recommended was based on the information available at the time of sign-up. Following the transfer, it became clear that your property has an Economy 7 meter rather than a standard meter. As a result, the supplier moved you onto an Economy 7 tariff, which is the appropriate tariff type for that meter. This tariff is cheaper than the tariff you were originally offered.

However, we appreciate that this may not have been what you expected, and we’re sorry if the change wasn’t communicated as clearly as it could have been.

Nous found me the best tariff, therefore saving me hundreds of pounds. They were professional from start to finish. I’m truly grateful for the time and money they have saved me.
