Worst experience...! It’s been 3months after ordering yet to get my parcel...!! I suggest people not to entertain such fraud company’s

I will definitely spread this to my friends and community in India..!! Really fake

I notice Nova Stuff had tried very hard to scam others by making people believe they are real.
On this Trustpilot, whenever there are some true bad rating and comments about them, they will use fake accounts to give themselves 5 stars on here.

By the way, I still haven't receive my product since the time when I ordered from them in May 2017. And I still haven't gotten any email replies back from them, well, of cause I won't get any, because they basically ignore or block you.

Keep trying hard nova stuff, everyone knows you are a fraud, and all those 4 and 5 stars post are fake.

Ordered stuff a year ago, simply never arrived. Had emails back and forth from their support telling me it was on the way. I totally forgot I ordered anything. They stopped replying to my emails in June 2017.

I haven't receive my order items for 6 month now. Only now I know that this is a fraud international online seller. What I notice about all the good reviews here, their name style are the same as the Nova staff that replying to those emails, Katherine G. Those who gave 5 stars review, their name style was like Mona G, Julia A, Cathy M, Jam S, Jessy M, Denise B, Amaya P, Carissa L, Kaitin O, and Mila K (Mila Kurnis i guess haha). Obviously it's all a dummy reviews just so that people will get attracted and jump into their trap! But its too late to regret. Just learn from this mistake to never ever ever ever again order anything from overseas company, no matter how alluring they are, just NO!

It's a fraud company. My order no is 71487 and I have never received the product yet. Even I have emailed to them many times but no response. They are fraud and taking money from people. U should get lost.

Ordered something worth €30 last July and still hasn’t arrived. Contacted the company and they have emailed me to and from at least 10 times and said they deapached another one but still no sign of it and now they have stopped replying.
Ridiculous that I can’t get my money back!!!

Glad that i'm not the only one experiencing these issues, but also saddened that many of you have to go through this experience.

I bought a face mask product from them dated 29 March 17, and at this point, 29 Dec 17, its exactly 9 damn months, and i have not received my product. LOL.

Anyway, i've sent countless emails to a certain Katherine G, who seems to handle customer inquiries regarding my order not being delivered, and for any updates. Her answers always seem to avoid the main question, and she always uses the same excuses like ' package got lost along the way ' , ' item is stuck at customs ' , ' replacment products are on the way ' , all lies obviously. Not to mention, her replies take like a month. This is all through email. Can my item get stuck for so long ?

Their nova support email address also seem to do fvck all when it comes to assisting their customers. They are always in the email, but never have they once said a thing. Spineless cowards LOL.

Anyway, if i have not received my product at the 9th month, i might as well accept the fact that it is never going to arrive. I hope their potential buyers read this, and please please DO NOT buy from them. I've wasted a mere 15 euros, but i hope it saves many more from thousands they would've spend with these bunch of jacka$$ scammers. :)

I was waiting for over 4 months for a product and cannot get anyone to speak to in person on the phone I can’t even get a number for god sake worst business EVER do not not not order from there people it’s a scam

Very poor , they do not reply nor even refund the order .
My order is not received till date and they have blocked me from commenting on facebook .

It been 6 months i have not received the product.

Horrible experience, they dont give update nor they refund your amount. You are stuck for life with these crap people

Never received my product. It’s a Scam.
Katherine G. from ”customer service”, came up with about 10 different excuses, as to why my package has not arrived. Waited for 3 months and asked for my money back. Never heard of them again. Do not order from Nova Stuff!!!

This is my 3rd review... no change... still bad...
It’s been 6 months and I still haven’t received my order. Worse, Katherine has begun ignoring my numerous emails...
is there an international body we consumers can make a report to? To prevent more victims like us?

Order No: 83607. worst experience been 2 months haven't received my product yet. the moment i asked for my money back, this Katherine casually says, once I send them the product, They will send the refund, Have this nova got any sense of understanding a customer or providing a customer service, How in this earth i can send a product which i haven't received yet. No matter how many good reviews you people find below, Its all FAKE.

When you order something they thank you first time after that you won't hear them f I place my order a month ago and they took the money from my account I do not knew if I get it or the money is goin I emails them several time no reply I do not recommend them do not do business with them they will stress you.

The tracker they sent me was invalid, and every time I asked, some one by the name of Katherine G. from the Nova Stuff support team just tells me to wait.

I ordered in April and now it's almost Christmas.

Stay far far away from them. This site is a SCAM!

Order 78834. Don't ever think of purchasing anything from #crap @NovaStuff. They are big-time #cheaters operating just to fill their pockets and will never deliver your product. #pathetic customer service is only for namesake and you can expect no reply. I have sent 31 emails and it has been 3 months that my product has not been delivered yet!. #fraud #chineseproduct

SCAM, My order never came. I am now taking it up with the South African police service as it seems there are multiple people with the same issues. We need to get this company closed down.
