I would tick 0 stars if there was such…

I would tick 0 stars if there was such an option.
My husband's new sim card has not been connected in the last 24 hours. He has no mobile phone for the last 24 hours, which means that he can receive nor make any phone / viber etc calls, he cannot make any bank transaction, he cannot sign any document via gov.gr. etc. Nova tells him that he must be patient for another 24 hours !

4 months without internet because you…

4 months without internet because you don't pay them immediately in 2 days plus they charge you (7€ x 4 months internet blocking+ 21€ fees for keeping the line). If you want to transfer the line to other name you have to make a new contract for 2 years and if you don't want it more 110€ fees...

Worst Experience

Worst Experience! Apart from the mediocre reception outside Athens, False advertising! No callbacks!
Agents barely speak english! My issue has been dragging since June.
Every time I contact them I have to repeat the same things! But No help!

Hi everyone,

We have our contract since 2 weeks with Nova. Everything was flawless for the first time, but we are without internet for 3 days and the customer service is no help at all, just empty promises about a technician who is supposed to call us. We want to go back to cosmote, is anyone aware about the legal aspect of such a case ? The contract with Nova is supposed to be 24 months, but we want an immediate termination of it.

NOVA, as all telecom companies in Greece - are crooks!

NOVA (pr. Wind Hellas), as all other mobile telecom companies in Greece, are just crooks, using all tricks and traps to make you get bills much higher than your agreed monthly plan...

Everyone knows that telecom companies in Greece are a CARTEL... and have an outrageous pricing policy compared to most of other EU countries where prices are much much lower.

DO NOT CHOOSE NOVA.

I am a new customer to NOVA greece. I wish I saw the reviews on trustpilot prior to joining. I have been try to UPGRADE, UPGRADE for 2 months.
I call the call centre they tell me to go into a store, I go I to a store they tell me to call the call centre. I ask to cancel my agreement they tell me they will call me back.
IT’s a F’ING joke.

The Internet is terrible, and even the free to air channels do not work.

It’s a shame as every other country that supplies NOVA service gets great reviews.

Wish I could give -1.

Wish I could give -1.. ever since they changed from Wind, wifi had constant problems and completely disappeared in the last couple of months. There is no number to contact support, the only option is filling out forms and waiting for someone to call you back (spoiler allert:nobody ever calls you back regarding the issue). The only thing they do is keep on sending monthly bills for non existing internet.. absolutely terrible

They are moving backwards instead of forward!!!

Their new system sucks after their move with wind…! You have to receive a code every time to go to your account and pay! Its ridiculous people. We move forward with technology not back to 1999!!!! Also their customer servise is useless really. The people on chat just shut up the conversation before you even get an answer, never asked if my inquiry was answered!!!! And the only answer to all your problems is to go to the physical shop!! Great thanks! #not

1 Star only because i cant give 0.1. Ive been overcharged for services for over 12 months. Around the 6 month period i tried to renew my contract to a cheaper one and they got me to jump through so many hoops when eventually they said that they locked into a new contract that they like and i have to pay that or pay a fine for cancelation. Mafia tactics 100%. The only thing they are typical about is the number of hours you have before they cut of your internet if you havent payed it for 1 month even if you are 25 years customer.
