Terrible Customer Experience

I bought a back pad in February 2025 which I used daily as preventative treatment for sciatica. In February of this year, the controller for the pad stopped working while I was traveling. When I returned home on February 28, I sent an email to support asking if I could get a replacement controller expedited for my pad as I use it every day and it is no
longer working. They quickly responded to me that my pad was a few days out of warranty and could not provide me a replacement as a result. I asked if they could help
me with a replacement part as they requested I send them a video so they can determine what part was needed. I did this immediately but unfortunately no one got back to me. I sent two follow emails to no avail. In pain and desperate to get the pad replaced, I ordered a new one on 3/23. I immediately received an email requesting me to write a review. I took this time to respond about how disappointed I was with their customer service and referenced my previous emails. I finally was told in response to my complaint email, what part was needed and asked if I'd like to purchase it for $61. I responded yes please and cancel my new order. Once again, no response but they sent me the new order which I received on 3/27 even though I requested the order be cancelled! This company has a decent product but TERRIBLE customer service follow through. I would not recommend buying a warranty as they do not honor it or even offer to help with sharing the cost of a replacement when their product fails. Honestly a year warranty on a product that fails the following week after expiration is not good quality.

Service and knee pad

Service from the company is really good. Quick to address questions. I have been using the small pad for my knee mainly. It has definitely improved in terms of reduced pain. I'm not completely pain free yet - still doing some physio and using my red light therapy but feeling very optimistic that things are improving.

I bought the Nova knee ultra to help…

I bought the Nova knee ultra to help with my arthritis. I used it and found that it did help with the pain and swelling. I did have a problem because my remote was defective and didn’t charge. I’m happy to report that a new remote was sent.
I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the therapeutic red light benefits.

This product is wonderful!

This product is wonderful. I have herniated discs,fibromyalgia and arthritis. I crawl into the full body infrared bag and treat all of it at one time. The small one I tent over my face for a facial treatment with sun glasses of course. My 13-year-old Malinois gets a full body treatment nightly. This is worth every penny and the customer service and the product works great!

If I could give less stars I would. This company mails late and doesn't reimburse. I have been given the run around for 4 months now, with multipe promises and outright lies, They are a horibble company

Delivery was quick and the device is…

Delivery was quick and the device is very easy to operate. My husband has only used it a few times so far but at the moment I can’t really comment on how it has been working for him with his terrible back condition. I will be happy to share his experience later on but so far no complaints.

Not just a light show in your mouth

I came across NovaaLab because they popped up when I was researching Periodontal Surgeons in my area. (I have short roots, a tiny mouth, and badly receding gums and am pretty sure that I’ll need a gum graft to prevent bone loss as I get older.) I also have had those lifelong dreams of my teeth falling out all at once in public, so… this is terrifying stuff.

When it comes to health and pain, I know that there are a LOT of gimmicks out there, so I was really skeptical. Even with the positive reviews here (TrustPilot) and on Reddit, I wasn’t feeling a lot of hope. But I figured if it could do even a little bit of good and save me even a little bit of time (or lecturing in the dentist’s chair), maybe it was worth it.

I was so, so surprised to see results after the my first use. Granted, I did a full 15 minutes because I’m a bookworm and don’t find it hard to sit still for that long. But my usually pale gums were actually bubblegum PINK! And the areas where they were peeling away from my teeth and starting to show root area were either gone or not as noticeable.

Two more sessions in, this progress has remained. My gums don’t seem to be “growing,” per se, but they are looking healthy and actually sticking to my teeth and filling in the gaps between them like they’re supposed to. And it’s only been one day. You’re not supposed to see results for at least three days.

With so many products being duds, so much marketing being lies, and so many reviews being AI slop, I just wanted to offer this up to support the company and help keep this product being made (and made well), and help who may be in the same boat I was.
