Please - never buy this product!
First of all I waited over 2 years for delivery.
I got it last summer!
Since now, they had over 3 years to perfect the software. Meanwhile other companies came out with similar products, that work perfectly.
This one in fact Totally does not work.
I never had a single 100% mow of my garden, without having to intervene and fix an issue. I either get 10-20% or sometimes even on the 1-3% of the way and get error messages. All sorts. You have to reset, restart or lift the mower or start it fresh in order to continue mowing. It looses GPS signal, claims it is outdide of the map, while being in the middle of the garden. Or all sort of other messages, that make it stop and do not run again! And my garden is easy and perfectly flat!

Just not working.
And after numerous updates - nothing in fact ever changed.
So I just have to buy a new one and loose all my money! New one from other company of course!
Meanwhile - there is NO customer service.
Nobody answeres your e-mails! No phone number to call them. No consumables available and NO SPARE PARTS! I need a new charger now and there is NOONE that can sell me one!
So even if it was working, I would still be stuck with a non-working product, because of lack of service and spare parts!

this is 100% scam. they get my money and never shipped the order. all emails that they have are not working. all messages that was sent just returning back with error. via tickets they are not answering.
