It took a long while to receive my purchase (2 bottles), so I was communicating back and forth with the company about who is the deliverer and why my purchase is stuck someplace - finally had to go pick them up myself from the post office after a really weird info letter not revealing who is the sender etc. But the worst scam is that once you place one single order, they automatically enroll you as a subscriber and systematically start sending you the same order every 30 days! I have not agreed on anything like that in any phase! Took me quite many emails back and forth, but finally got the subscription cancelled. Don't go for this scam!

Horrible experience. First the product will make sick and affect your blood pressure. Second, they auto enroll you on a subscription even if you didnt select that option and make it very difficult to see where they are saving your credit card information. I wrote multiple times to asked them so stopped charging my card and shipping me stuff but they make it extremely complicated to cancel that fandom subscription. You have to ask them for a mystery link to even see that subscription page. A complete fraudulent company that should investigated and shut down. Do not order with them!

I ordered 4 bottles over 3 weeks ago and still do not have them. I was also charged an international fee that I didn't realize would happen since their website says they are in Wyoming. It would be my suggestion to write this company off. I have asked for a refund and they just keep blaming our postal service for the delay, but it appears from tracking it spent most of its time overseas somewhere.,That's not clear!

There are no easy returns, they give a false London address, therefore you cannot do a recorded return through Royal Mail. They offer various partial refunds, inviting you to keep and pass on the products. They never answer your questions, just roll out the partial refund offers to wear you down. I let my credit card company deal in the end!

Took out a subscription with a buy one get one free offer on December. Therefore did not expect this company to renew subscription until February as I had two months worth of product. This morning at just gone one I received an email telling me they were renewing today, they then took my money just after six. All while I was asleep. I have noticed no difference in my joints despite being given many claims I would feel a difference. I did not need another order yet and if I had continued would always have a month in hand. It was impossible to cancel my subscription on my mobile and I am lucky to have access to a computer. If not there was no way to cancel on a mobile. BE VERY WARY of trying these. They are mainly Turmeric which you can purchase a lot cheaper elsewhere from companies that don't trick you. They play on people who are in pain and desperate for a fix.

Avoid at all costs. Do not answer calls, keep fobbing you off with discounts when you request a refund, then provide a phoney address. Not uk based and can’t get them to play ball at all. Wish I’d checked them Out before buying

Edit: I've been offered 15 per cent refund which I've accepted. This was paid. Still not exactly a money back guarantee but better than nothing. The product is cheap and caused stomach problems. The customer service is patchy and the so-called 60 day guarantee is not true. They also flood you with horrible marketing emails. Avoid like the plague.

This is clearly a very dodgy company, please don't buy!

-huge lack of transparency, says UK based but address in Australia and shipped from China.
-hidden subscription charges that aren't clear
-missing information from the terms of service page, and some other questionable information that allows them to back out of the outlandish claims made on their site.
-No scientific evidence to back up claims.
-No social media presence.
-No information available on Companies House, or the Australian equivalent.
-Business address appears to be an empty lot on google maps.

Need I go on??

This is a scam, says on their website that they have numerous reviews on Trustpilot but then there is nothing here.
Stupidly placed an order before checking and have repeatedly tried to cancel
