CROOKS. Fraudulent charges. I did not select renew or auto re-fill. They send me 6 new bottles when I still have 3 left. I would have never ordered and I made sure to not select auto ship. This company will not be taking my money. My bank/credit card will take it back. They wont even give me an invoice. The box came without one on purpose. I am reading how many people just let them keep their money without authorization.

I ordered an oximeter and on the conformation e mail I had been charged for a warranty that was not mentioned on the website or order form. All my emails came back "failed" It is impossible to get any response for my request for a refund.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Like other people I thought it was a one time purchase. So when I got another order of it I was completely surprised. I wanted to return it but was denied since it is a (perishable product) according to them. I don't want it and it does nothing. DO NOT order from them. Wish there was a not star option.

This is one of the most unscrupulous businesses I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Six months ago I ordered a one time purchase of NOVA. I did not sign up for a subscription. I did not reorder as the product did nothing good for me. Then without any notice, they removed 136.14 from my account. When I contacted them, they claimed they had no account or information and refused to refund the paypal money they stole. I sent them all of the pertinent info and paypal receipt. They still claim they did not take the money and/or claim that they do not have any info. The info is in the paypal receipt. They are liars and thieves and the product is crap. I want my money back that they stole. They also sent me nothing, nor informed me before taking money. BEWARE!!!! Even if you think you are making a one time purchase, they will continue to take money from you without your consent.

Company clearly states on the order page before checkout that it has a 14 DAY MONEY BACK POLICY...however when trying to return highly expensive product, they refer you to the buried fine print that states that they will only accept a return if there is a defect in the product, and only after approval

I hesitated to click purchase until I got my husband's input. While showing it to him I accidentally clicked the purchase button. I immediately reached out to cancel the purchase and subscription. I recieved an email the next day saying the subscription was canceled but that the product had already shipped so it would not be refunded. Per their tracking at the time, it was NOT shipped, just the tracking created. I filed a dispute with Paypal and received a response today from Nova (Medical Score) saying no refund. I also received the package today hand-delivered. I reached out again asking how to return it for a refund per their own General Terms and Conditions and now there is radio silence.

I didn't order anything from them and didn't notice it because it was on a rarely used card. Somehow I was signed up for a subscription. I found out about this when they charged my bank card instead of the credit card through paypal. I called immediately and have been given the run around. The product finally showed up and I read the ingredients. I'm allergic to zinc. There's no way I would have ordered this. I explained this to them it didn't matter they won't let me return this. PayPal refused to help because this all started in May. Don't order from this company. They don't care about your health or fraudulent charges.

Snake oil supplement company. The only thing exceptional about them is their marketing. The products are pure hype with no benefits and customer service is terrible. They do not stand behind their products at all and rely on gimmicks and false advertising to sell one time bulk products.

Oh Lord!! Talk about bad. I tried taking it at first. I had broken out all over my face and neck. I thought it was something else. Took forever to get the swelling and itching to leave no matter what I did. Even went to the dermatologist. Didn't think much of it. Tried it again two days ago months later. Same damn thing!! It is the worst!! No refund policy. Nor do they allow you to put your review on their website to alert others. It royally messed up my neck and eyelids with the reaction. It's the only thing I've taken differently. I'm sensitive to drugs especially this one!! Do not take it.

Won't take product back and completely ignore what you send to there customer service. They recommend that I continue to take this scam product because it can take some time for me to see the effects.... total BS. Do not buy this you will set up for autopayment and it take a act of God to get it canceled. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!

I ordered from Nova itself, the product did absolutely nothing. Their returns policy is a sham, no response to my returns request or any form of communication whatsoever.

Its Been over a month now and they keep saying its on its Way and wont give me a refund.

Ashley from their customer services keeps saying it’s on its Way. But from the track/trace it’s lost. And the local courier confirmed this!

A Big scam. Stay away

This product works for me and even improves my hair. It doesn't irritate my skin or anything at all. I'm really enthousiastic about it. Customer Services is terrible, no response to emails

Just arrived haven't even opened as the packet stinks of chemicals...... Have requested an immediate refund.
