WOW. What a SCAM!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY. I thought I was ordering 2 beautiful wreaths as shown in their photo. But what I received was 2 small plastic cheap looking wreaths that looked like a toy. Had to throw away as they were not even worth donating or giving away. I wish I could attach a photo because it tells it all. So very wrong and my bad for not looking at reviews first as I am not the first with this experience. I'm too trusting. Too top it off, they were ordered beginning of November and I received after Christmas.

I had to give one star to place a review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered what I thought was a beautiful wreath received a tiny cheap version of a wreath. Once you complain they will glady refund you after you return it to a China address. Needless to say cheaper to keep it than ship it back.

I ordered a tool for cutting circles from this company. The quality of the product is so poor that the product is unusable. Don't count on their service department getting back to you with return authorization; that doesn't appear to be happening either. And they are clear that you can return to the address from which it was sent. Will never buy anything from this site again.

I ordered the large Christmas wreath for 69.00. I received a totally different wreath than the one I ordered. It was half the size and had less decorative elements that the wreath I ordered. I asked that they send me the wreath that I ordered and paid for. The woman refused to honor my request. She offered me a discount on future orders. Terrible customer service. Do not do business with tis Company.

I recently ordered some garland and a wreath from nova delight for Christmas.
The wreath came in the mail and it was 100% misrepresented on their ad. It literally was a piece of junk for $75..
If you try to return something, you have to mail it back to China! I suggest you do not buy from them. I will never purchase a product from their company. My wreath was tiny and cheap. !!

Believed I was buying from a reputable company,but as others before me have said, wish I had read reviews first!!!
Total scam and not what was advertised. Pointless returning to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

Echo the other reviews about misleading pictures of the item. When they claim easy returns, you must pay for shipping back to China

I would give this company a zero if possible the wreath I ordered looks nothing alike what was advertised …so false advertising for sure. I could’ve purchased the same wreath at a dollar store. So beware do not purchase anything from this company. It’s a big scam when you ask for a refund they tell you that they are in China and that you have to pay for it to be shipped back such Bull!!! Lesson learned don’t buy from China. Spend your money in the US. I’ll be putting a stop payment on my Credit card!! Very dissatisfied!

I should have read the reviews prior to ordering the supposedly “beautiful” Christmas wreath that arrived looking like something from the cheapest store on earth! The “HUGE golden bells” were miniature tinkling cheap…must I continue? PLEASE do not buy from these scammers. SHAME ON PINTEREST for allowing such thieves into their world that we trusted.

I would have given 0 stars. They state a no risk money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. I bought this flying fairy doll from a Pinterest video ad and bought it for my 7year old granddaughter. She tried numerous time to play with it but it randomly flies away fast hits a wall or ceiling and crashes. So I email support and Zoe tells me to take a video and explain the problem and I did. She emails back and said that they don’t do shipping labels and would give me 10%back and give it as a gift. It does not perform as advertised. It is defective and they will not refund me the money. Stay away from Nova Delight. They do not put their customers first and there 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied is I lie.

for supporting a company on their own platform that is misleading, false advertising selling inaccurate items and has no follow up customer service .
A women business group-Ha!!! Again more false advertising. Do not order the wreaths they are tiny plastic dollar store wreaths.

if I could give this review zero stars I would do it. The ad speaks of a reef that’s bigger than 30 inches and diameter and when I received my reef, it was about 12 inches and the ornaments on the reef were poor quality plastic. The reef itself is poor quality. The price for this should be no more than 7.99 versus a 55 I paid. This should not be acceptable at all.

I ordered a black eyebrow wax and brush, Nova delight sent me brown. I am Afro Caribbean origin so brown will not show. So far I have sent nova delight customer services 4 emails asking them to send me the correct colour. They have offered 20% refund to keep product or I have to pay the shipping costs to send the wrong order which was not my fault back to china! Disgraceful it’s a scam do not waste your money.

Item received was no where near what the picture or item was described as on line.
My honest option stay well clear.

This company is a scam. I purchased a top and it was supposed to be khaki but was more yellow. When I tried to return it, they offered me 10% of what I paid and gave me a return address in China!!! Terrible customer service and terrible product. Very cheaply made!

I received a top I ordered and it did not fit. I returned it on sept 6..the returned package is supposedly stuck in Chinese customs for the last two weeks. I am now out the money I spent on the top in addition to the very expensive postage to return the top. NEVER order another item which ships from China. You will never see you money again and there is nothing you can do about it. VERY DISSATISFIED

I ordered two very cute dresses. One for me and one for my sister and I had them sent to my sisters Postal Service not post office box but the postal store and waited and waited and then I called the delivery service and they said that they did not deliver to post office boxes or postal stores and that they returned the item back to Nova Delight and I have tried to email Nova delight 5 times and they will not respond and they have my almost $100 for those two dresses

I ordered a product, hair brush, and it came with a plug for 220V (European outlet). I ordered this product from the US and it us completely useless to me. When I contacted them they told me i had to ship it back to China at my expense for a full refund, or accept a 10% discount, which is ridiculous for a product that is completely useless to me. Do not order anything from them.

If I could rate a “0” I would! This companies advertisement is a complete scam! I purchased the gorgeous huge wreath they advertise on sale for around $55.00 and received a plastic 8” wreath maybe worth a dollar! Do not buy, do not buy, do not buy!
