Novamar makes it so easy to buy and renew my auto policy. The online tool is great saving me time when renewal comes up and I can easily print a copy of my policy for my glove box. That being said, if I have a question my adviaor is always quick to respond and very helpful. I trust Novamar and will happily continue to do business with them in the future.

The new online platform made the renewal easy. My only observation. would be to change the sign-up page where you create your account ... entering the date of birth is not user-friendly. I would recommend a drop-down menu or manual entry.

Professional and informative communication - emails, phone conversations, and friendly presence. Especially appreciate the clarifications to my questions, helping me understand my Mexican plated Jeep's insurance policy - I may know USA vehicle insurance, YET Novamar - Sebastian, Fabiola and staff offer insights to my inquiries. ALSO a note on the policy underwriter, Qualitas . . . had one unfortunate "on the road" experience, and the bi-lingual client customer service representative was totally engaged . . . I believe so much so, that the "party who hit me" withdrew their accusation of a "collision," we shook hands, and they drove away. Qualitas stayed on the phone with me instructing my cancelling the appraisor visit ( which I did ), and confirmed I was not injuried, that my Jeep was drivable, and then they wished me safe travels enroute to Chiapas.

I am a client of Novamar Insurance and they are very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Very very good customer service. Andrea was looking after my claim and she made sure I was notified in a timely manner and answered all my questions with a clear explanation. I strongly recommend Novamar as an Insurance Company.
