Was not able to pay by visa from two separate banks, neither of the visas were put on security hold I phoned in and was able to pay over the phone, quite a bit of waisted time

Novamar makes it so easy to buy and renew my auto policy. The online tool is great saving me time when renewal comes up and I can easily print a copy of my policy for my glove box. That being said, if I have a question my adviaor is always quick to respond and very helpful. I trust Novamar and will happily continue to do business with them in the future.

The new online platform made the renewal easy. My only observation. would be to change the sign-up page where you create your account ... entering the date of birth is not user-friendly. I would recommend a drop-down menu or manual entry.
