While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Please never rent your property with Novasol Spain. Too many reasons to list here and don’t want to rant, but for your own good NEVER use this company. We were told the same, ignored the advice and regretted it, please don’t make the same mistake.

Fraudulent scammers

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They do NOT fulfil their contractual obligations, nor do they care if you are without hot water for months. Yes, MONTHS.

They will happily sell you a cheap (and faulty) product and install it. But when ANYTHING goes wrong, they are impossible to get hold of.

By one of their own technicians admission, they are selling and installing faulty products, which WILL break down eventually, due to - among other things - incorrect resistance pairings from the factory.

They will NOT honour the warranty in the "contract", but will ask for cash when a tech finally shows up to do "maintenance" on your faulty circuit.

Only after threats to go to the media, is there any response - after which there is only silence again.

If ever there was a company deserving of a class-action law suit, this one fits the bill perfectly.
