They emailed me pictures and discussed the product with me and ensured it arrived the next day as promised. Way to follow through with your customers! Thank you for the recent purchase of our stock non residue labels (XSG21-35RESN-250) and your review.
However, we don’t sell the non residue labels blank (as you indicated in your review), which would explain why you received labels with serial numbers.
Therefore, your order was not ‘altered’ (the product description on your order also states the labels have serial numbers). These labels include a unique pre-assigned serial number printed on them for added security. The serial number is included to help deter counterfeiting.
I’m sorry if our website was not clear on this. You got more security than you initially expected and hopefully you’ll find it’s a good value.
