cancel subscription

I have been trying to cancel my subscription. The information does not appear in the app and the charges are not every month so at some point I thought I had succeded in cancelling but again more than 50 euros taken from my account and I don’t use this app at all. I need help please, this is extremely frustrating

I never ordered

I never ordered. Showed up that I did, tried to cancel. So far charged 39.99 twice and never ordered.

I went in and cancelled as per their direction. Which I did not order on June 29. Billed for 39.99 on august 12th. 6.99 on June 7th. 10.00 on July 11 th.
It has to be a scam

Misleading sign up, non responsive, avoid this company.

I paid an initial fee for a one week plan. Before paying, I was offered additional services for 5 or so extra dollars, which I declined. Because of the initial fee, this was not advertised as a “free trial” that would roll into a subscription. 7 days later I was charged $39.99 for a subscription. I never used the initial 7 days I paid for, so I was unsure why I would be charged for another month. I contacted the company multiple times before I received a reply stating that the 7 days rolls into a month plan. I asked for a refund of the $39.99 seeing as how I didn’t sign up for a subscription. I explained that I hadn’t even opened the app, and I only paid for a week plan. I asked them to please do the right thing and refund my $39.99. I have yet to hear back. I would absolutely avoid this company. Their sign up tactics are very misleading, and you will have to contact them multiple times before getting any kind of response back.
Update: Customer service replied to my email stating that the subscription disclaimer was clearly stated on the page in which I initially signed up; however, when I went back to the site to check their claim, I noticed that the button to click “get my plan” was WELL before any statement of a recurring charge. In fact, I had to continue scrolling down the page for quite a while until I found it. Anyone who clicks “get my plan” would be unaware of the recurring charge; because it is purposefully and deceptively located in a place that they would not see. In addition, there was no confirmation email or receipt sent to confirm my 7 day subscription that would roll over into a non refundable 39.99 monthly fee.

Unable to cancel.

I found it impossible to cancel my subscription.

I emailed support 4 times and sent screenshots showing I have cancelled my Google play subscription to the app but a payment still came off. It looks like I had a separate subscription and I couldn't log into the website to do it. After submitting my review here, I did receive a reply and a full refund almost immediately, so the service once I was able to get through, was really good.

Frustrating Login Issues and No Support Response

I signed up for the 7-day trial at $6.99, but I’ve never been able to actually use the app. After registering:

I went through the “Forgot Password” flow, reset my password, and tried to log in—but I keep getting no success. First I saw a “Customer Not Found” error, and now the login attempt simply fails without any feedback.

Inspecting my browser’s DevTools shows two API endpoints returning 404 errors: api/v1/customers and api/v1/subscriptions. Clearly something is broken on the back end.

I raised support tickets more than 48 hours ago but have only received automated replies—no one has followed up with a human response or offered a workaround.

Because I can’t log in, I can’t access any features. I’m worried they will automatically charge me $39.99 once the trial ends, since there’s been zero communication or resolution.

At this point, I have zero confidence in the app or the team behind it. I’m requesting a full cancellation and refund, but I’ve had no success getting that handled, either.

Pros:

The app’s user interface looked clean during the signup flow—unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

Cons:

Cannot log in at all (persistent 404 errors).

No human support after 48+ hours and multiple tickets.

Concerned about being billed $39.99 after an unusable trial.

Until these critical issues are fixed and the support team actually responds, I cannot recommend this app or service to anyone.

Update:

A friendly agent finally replied 5 days after my initial email.

They apologized sincerely and processed a full refund. Refunds can take anywhere between 5–10 working days, and I received mine within that timeframe with no extra charges.

They confirmed they’re investigating the backend errors to improve the login experience.

Final Thoughts:
The website signup flow and support responsiveness need work, but I appreciate that they honored the refund and treated me kindly once they replied. If you’re curious about Meowz, try the App Store version—it offers a much smoother signup with virtually no hassles.

Ordered a 7-day trial for $6.99

Ordered a 7-day trial for $6.99. I thought I cancelled after the first day. When my credit card statement arrived, I saw that I was then charged $39.99 the minute that my so-called trial period ended. Have tried contacting Meowz for help. I have no problem paying the $6.99, but really would like the $39.99 to be paid back to me. They are claiming that they can't do credits. Only offering extended service. Other reviews have mentioned the same scam. I just want my money back. P.S. I got the credit after all. Took a bit of back and forth to get it. Everyone needs to be super cautious when signing up for limited trials. You should also keep copies of your emails in case you have trouble like I did.

Zero customer service

I can't believe I fell for this app! It's quite juvenile actually. You can find out any of this info online from various places. I paid, what I believed, to be a one time fee for a week. Was then charged over $60 for their monthly fee. Despite using their app to message them, I never received any message back. Do not waste your money!!!

I kept getting adds for this app but I can’t find independent reviews anywhere. Even here it is clear that 90% of the reviews are fake and ChatGPT-generated. Don’t fall for the ads. They also keep sending me emails and trying to extend my discount ‘for another 24 hours’ to get me to subscribe.

Does not address behavior problems as implied

Was asked specific questions about the issues needing help with. Specifically aggression. There was no information or training on biting or aggression except FEARFUL AGGRESSION. This did not address my concern and the info about a subscription made me so sure they were going to give info to try and help I subscribed. I was not expecting it to be guaranteed but did expect some helpful advice to work with. App is basic information that you can find anywhere. So disappointed

This app made training my cat, Luna, much easier than I expected. The step-by-step instructions were easy to follow, and I saw noticeable improvements in her behavior. That said, I do think the app could benefit from more advanced training modules for experienced owners.

I had no idea you could train a cat, but this app changed my perspective. I followed the advice on stopping scratching, and now my furniture is safe. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The interface took me a few minutes to get used to, but after that, it was a breeze.

Big scam…

I tried this app for a week and noticed they started taking all different amounts of cash out of my bank account. I made my bank stop it and they still try. Almost every other day. 30$ here, 40$ there, another 10$. Biggest scam. Must be out of the USA cuz I’ve never experienced anything like this. STOP IT!

I liked the interactive nature of…

I liked the interactive nature of Meowz, and it helped a lot with managing unwanted behaviors for Coco, my newly adopted rescue. However, the cancellation process could be clearer. Its a great app, but the subscription model might not work for everyone.
