Received Late and to the Wrong Address

Preordered a product with a "Early Q3 release" that did not ship until mid-November, and when it did ship, they did not provide my full delivery details to the courier, meaning that I had to figure out which post office I had to collect it from, as the Novelkeys "delivery received" message did not provide the address of where it was delivered.

Poor customer service

The PCB in my NK87 keyboard suffered a catastrophic failure after just 1 year. I attempted to flash the board, but there was a problem with the data chip itself. I contacted the vendor for support, and they told me there is nothing they can do since the PCB only had 1 year of support, and they are not willing to support it anymore. I asked when they will have stock again on the PCB, so I could buy another one, and they literally said they do not plan on ordering any more PCBs that would fit my keyboard.

So basically I bought a keyboard that lasted one year before it became broken, and they refuse to fix it or offer a replacement PCB. Its just a brick now. Wonderful.

Apparently if you search nk87 pcb issue on google, you will find lots of posts from people on reddit having the same issue with their PCBs. Apparently they had a batch of them where the mounting screws were screwed too tightly into the board causing problems. And customers who experience problems are told to go f*** themselves basically. When I asked them how I should replace the PCB, they wouldn't even reply to me anymore.

Never buying from novelkeys again ever. Just stay away.

Novelkeys Best keyboard website in USA

Hi Guys
In my opinion and my experience honestly, for about two years, Novelkeys has been the best website in America for selling keyboards and accessories I was dealing with.

Credibility, transparency, good dealing with customers, providing orders and shipping them as quickly as possible, and sharing opinions with customers.

I thank everyone who works in this store, especially Mr. Mike the Boss, and Mr. Derek in customer service, who greatly helped me with honesty and professionalism.

I wish you all the best in the coming years. And expanding in this field.

Thank you
