We Can highly recommend Novia Furniture in Brent Cross, Hasib was fantastic from the start, He was very helpful, calm and professional, He went up and beyond his job role to assist us find the best matching designs and colours, I really loved their fabrics. We were given all the options available to us, again, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We finally came away 100% happy that we have ordered exactly what we wanted, and can't thank Hasib enough for his friendly help and advice. We will definitely come back.

Still waiting after 5 months. Still no expected delivery date. No refunds no one picks up call. Manchester store is permanently closed. They have no idea where the furniture is and when it will be delivered. I will call my bank to report scam and ask for refund. Dont purchase from them. Extremely poor customer service.

Best place for luxury furniture
I recently visited Novia Furniture at Brent Cross and had one of my best experiences, the staff were very helpful and welcoming many many thanks to Corina one of the best sales person we came across to who was very patient and helpful, As we needed the furniture soon because my sons getting married in 4 days we had to take their stocks furniture Thanks to Ersin who went an extra mile to arranged my delivery for 1 day after the purchase which allowed us extra time to finish furnishing before the wedding. I Would definitely recommend Novia

I have had a great experience while visiting Novia Furniture, the staff there are very helpful and professional especially Hasib who was serving us, he was very knowledgeable about the products and we end up purchasing bedroom and living room furniture. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Novia Furniture from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Everyone there was so friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping me create my dream living space.
I decided on the Leora sofa, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice — it’s absolutely stunning, incredibly comfortable, and the quality is outstanding. One of the highlights of my visit was when I brought in my floor plan and the team created a 3D drawing for me. It was amazing to see exactly how my new sofa would look in my room before making the purchase. This really helped me feel confident in my choice and made the whole process so exciting.
But Novia didn’t just help with the sofa — they went above and beyond to help me style my entire room. I was given fantastic advice on choosing accessories that would complement the sofa perfectly. With their guidance, I added a beautiful side table, elegant vases, and stunning paintings that truly transformed my space into something special.

Haven’t received my furniture for more than 6 months now. No refund. Customer support not answering calls. Scammers. Don’t pay any advance. Outlet is permanently closed.

Received goods after 7 months delay.

This is my second time purchasing from Novia Furniture, and I couldn’t be happier! Their unique products are absolutely amazing, top quality, and just as impressive as their excellent service. My previous order has held up beautifully, which is why I didn’t hesitate to shop with them again. Delivery was prompt, the items were exactly as described, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Novia Furniture has truly earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases. Highly recommended!

Hassib was very professional in his job . He showed excellent customer care and he was patient with us and answered all our questions with patience.

I had failed to find furniture I liked for our holiday home, then found Novia.

Found a number of items I liked and on asking whether they’d consider delivering overseas there was no refusal, but a ‘I make a call and see what we can do’ Huseyin at the Lakeside store made a few calls and confirmed they’d do this, but an assembly team might be the issue.

We thought about it and went ahead with the order, yes I can see some have had delays, and ours was a little delayed but I’m told they’re the only manufacturer of the chairs we ordered, plus, I’d asked for delivery to Turkey!

They arranged so wine to drive 1300km to deliver and assemble the furniture and I’m over the moon. A small delay was met with a very kind offer of compensation which was unexpected but very welcome. Be patient if you need to call, Ersin is very busy but he does get back to you.
The staff from the showroom to customer service to delivery have been helpful professional and decent.

I’m really happy with the style and quality of my furniture and happily they’ve agreed to deliver overseas again. No need to pay for Italian ceramic tables these are just as good for much less money.

No delivery or update for 21 weeks.

Bought a dining table and tv stand on March 16th, since then the Manchester store has shutdown. I cannot get through to anyone after several calls and emails but I was told that 1/2 items is ready for delivery on the 28th of July. Radio silence, it is now the 7th of August and have heard nothing about either item and cannot contact Novia as their answer machine is full.

Worst company ever!
Please read the review before throwing your money away.
Bought a bed in March, still waiting for the delivery after 21 weeks. They won't reply to email, and you can't get hold of them on the phone. I have opened a chargeback from my creditcard.
I heard that they’ve closed some of the branches. The rest will soon follow.

I ordered my dining table and chairs on 17th March 2025. I was told the order will get delivered by 23rd June however it is already end of July and customer services team do not know where my order is. Everytime I ring them I am told they will check with the supplier and confirm a delivery date however even after multiple such calls with the Brent store and customer care team, I havent received a delivery date for my order yet. Very poor communication with the customer, I still dont know how long I have to wait for my dining table and chairs to arrive. The customer care team keep repeating the fact that my notes on the account say that table is in transit and should have been delivered in middle of July but even upon asking multiple times they are not able to tell me a firm delivery date.

I asked them if I can get an email id where I can send a complaint and I was told there is no complaint email and the team will listen to our conversation and they will take that conversation as a complaint.

Please avoid ordering from them. They are very unprofessional and there are no processes in place in the business. No one takes accountability for delays. The Brent Cross shop where I placed the order blame the delivery teams and delivery teams blame on 3rd party manufacturers for delay. At the end of the day, I still dont have the product with me!

Andreea was very kind and professional. She understood our needs and explained everything so well. We bought dining chairs and will buy more furniture as well as recommend others as well.

Really poor customer support.
It’s been 15 weeks since we placed the order in the Manchester store, which has since closed.
We’ve paid half towards the dining table and I fear we may lose that money.
The only reason why there has been any communication at all is because I instigated it. Now, they are just not responding at all. We are now at 8 months and STILL no refund, even though every time I call, they say the same, "we have passed it on to our Finance department" ORDER NO 12409
They also never seem to have a manager on site to talk to in the so called customer support department, absolute scammers. Looks like it will have to go to court to claim our money back. ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY***

Amazing and lovely furniture. But the customer service delivered by Andrea is unparalleled. Wonderful, splendid, magnificent and lovely. The whole crew are really lovely. Beautiful people. I recommend this store to all and sundry.

The staff were super-helpful and didn't hurry us. We were made to feel welcome despite the showroom being in the middle of a refurbishment!
