Fantastic Experience
I had my fiancés engagement ring made by Novita and had a wonderful experience. I went from knowing nothing about diamonds to a diamond expert thanks to their knowledge during our meetings.
We designed the ring together from scratch and we were absolutely delighted with the finished ring.
Will definitely be going back to Novita for our wedding rings.

Purchased both my wife's engagement ring and both our wedding bands from Novita and the process was so easy. For the engagement ring, I sent some general ideas and was sent back exactly what I wanted. The wedding bands process was fun and stress free with the rings arriving earlier than anticipated! Most of the other places we looked at had 12-16 week wait times but Novita were able to get ours done in 4. Always handy to drop in for a free clean also ,couldn't recommend enough.

Fantastic Service
I want to take this opportunity to highly recommend Novita Diamonds. We purchased our new engagement ring from Novita last year and initially we were skeptical about purchasing a lab grown diamond. Yes you can get diamonds cheaper online but if your going to be sending thousands, you want to see the diamond and item first along with comparing it to other styles in person. This is what sets Novita from the others.
The care from the sales team we received was amazing that we recently returned and purchased a diamond tennis bracelet. We were served by Vera and she went above and beyond. There was NO pressure to buy at all, helping us through the process again to select the right bracelet.
Thank you Vera for going above and beyond and we will be returning back to Novita again.

My partner purchased my engagement ring from Novita and proposed on Valentine’s Day last year! I had to get the ring re sized and they were nothing short of amazing and helpful! We don’t live near a showroom so they were super helpful in finding a way to get a correct size without me having to go down to them! I am so obsessed with my ring and the quality is next level! We are booked in to come down and look at wedding bands in a few weeks and I’m so excited!

My man and Novita diamonds really did a thing, because I can’t get over how absolutely gorgeous and detailed my engagement ring is. I must have the most beautiful ring in the world and you can’t convince me otherwise.
Now let’s talk about customer service, from having zero knowledge about diamonds and all it entails, Dessy did an amazing job enlightening me and my now husband, and at the end of the consultation, we knew exactly what we wanted and of course she got us the best deal.
I was so impressed by the fact that every step of the way, we were carried along. From the consultation, to design selection, to the custom 3D drawings, then the blue prints, design approval, production and finally delivery. It was truthfully seamless, no dramas whatsoever.
Icing on the cake is ordering for a ring and getting twice the value at the time of delivery? Absolute win!
I can really go on and on about all the good feedback, because it was beyond my expectations.

The whole process was so transparent
The whole process was so transparent. Novy explained everything so clearly: the diamonds, the rings, the sizes, and of course the prices. She did not rush us to buy, she kept asking if there were any other questions we wanted to ask. She was making sure that we were sure we wanted to buy the ring of our choices because to be honest it is a lot of money to spend for anyone buying a ring. There were no bs sales tricks and im thankful for that. We customised our ring and Novy sent us the finished design to make sure that everything was according to our order. Great experience and a beautiful ring we got. Really, no wonder, they’re so busy and tons of customers.
