Friendly and Welcoming
Dessy was so prepared and welcoming in our initial visit that we knew with 100% certainty that we had found the right place for my partner's engagement ring as soon as we walked out.
Not knowing much about the engagement rings or diamonds, she explained everything about the jewellery and their custom engagement ring process so clearly, and essentially answered every question we had right before we could even ask it.
The process was very transparent and the ring itself was great value for the price. My now fiancée is incredibly happy with it.

After looking around and finding lab…
After looking around and finding lab grown diamond cluster earrings hard to find. I found Novita Diamonds on the web. So Hubby and I went in today to look at some cluster diamond studs. Well the service by Dessy was fantastic encouraging me to try different size studs to see what looked best. I love the ones we chose.
I also looked at some rings while we were there, even though we would not be buying today but maybe in the future. Again nothing was too much trouble for Dessy, even though we were just looking. We will be back.
