Made it easy
After a bit of research and reading reviews, I made a booking to get more information and look at diamonds and rings in person in the Brisbane City branch.
My appointment was with Ludwing and he made everything a breeze. I found that especially as a man, there's a ton you need to learn to make a good decision, and I felt like Ludwing was a trusted guide in the process to make a decision about the ideal ring I had in mind, customise it, and have it ready within a very reasonable time.

My third visit to the showroom and both Laura and Yen were an absolute pleasure to chat with, very knowledgeable and never pushy at selling their products. Customer service top notch, had the best experience every single time I went in. My now fiancé and I have been going to Novita for a few years for birthday gifts and now I have added another stunning ring to my collection. The process was made easy and stress free. Novita diamond engagement ring
My partner proposed to me with a novita diamond engagement ring. It was shiny and beautiful and presented in a box with a light in it to highlight its brilliance :) I needed it resized. Lucky they thought of everything and included an attachment to the ring incase so I could wear it before taking it in for resizing. Once I booked for it to be resized I was able to get an appointment the same week :)
