Our Basic free plan lets you build and download a resume without paying in the first 7 days. The free download is a single-page PDF with one of our basic templates and a small Novoresume footer.
Premium is what unlocks the extras: additional templates, multi-page resumes, advanced formatting, the option to remove the footer, and matching cover letters. That is the paid part, and the price is shown clearly before any checkout.

I had an attempted charge to my credit card for 39.99 from this company and I called and asked him about it and they said that it wasn’t them, but it plainly said novoresume and the issue never got resolved

You purchased Premium on March 17 2026 and we refunded the full $39.99 the next day at your request. Everything is documented in our chat and email exchange, and we are happy to resend it.
Two things worth knowing: Novoresume does not have phone support, so all our support runs through email and chat (we are not sure who you have called and talked with?). We also do not store card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, we have no subscriptions or recurring charges, and we have no way to attempt a new charge on your card.
If a new attempt is showing up on your card, it is worth checking with your bank. It usually means someone else has your card information, and canceling the card is the safest step.

Amazing AI resume builder that is very easy to use
I run my own business, but I often have to help out family or friends with finding jobs. I always turn to Novoresume for helping them create and fill out their resumes.
