NowCerts, Peter Germanov and his team at Momentum AMP by NowCerts could not be more forward thinking about where the technology of the insurance industry is going. Ai automation will shape the insurance industry as we know it. Insurance Intelligence Platforms powered by an Ai Agent automating the tasks of data entry, client onboarding, office operational system is how the industry will keep with technology advancements.

Nowcerts presents itself as an Agency Management System, but in my experience, it struggles to fulfill that role. I came on board five months ago after being priced out of Applied, and the trade-off has not been worth it. The system's performance is cripplingly slow, with essential tasks like creating a COI taking nearly eight minutes to complete. This is not a one-time issue; it's a daily bottleneck caused by constant loading screens.

The platform's architecture feels disjointed, offering only rudimentary services out of the box while pushing a heavy reliance on add-ons for necessary functionality. What's most frustrating is that while the company has been busy with mergers and acquisitions, the customer-facing product has remained stagnant and plagued by the same issues. After five months of struggling, I can confidently say that Nowcerts is the most inefficient and frustrating AMS I have had the displeasure of using.

NowCerts is one of our most important Agency Softwares,when it comes to managing active insureds we have not used an AMS that offers the same funtionality for as affordable a price. Nowcerts is always improving and expanding their features and owning more and more of the broker experience. Shout out to Kayden, Kristina and Vlad for always being there to answer questions and assist with implementation.

By far the best company I have ever worked with. The customer Service is on point if I have any IT problems, they are on top of it. The system is very user-friendly. I cannot say enough good things about NowCerts I’ve been using them for seven years.

Pushing the User Experience to the next level! Let's face it, insurance companies are not quick to change. More than that, if they have old interfaces and bad tech, why should our vendors offer anything else? Most tech insurance agents use to manage their agencies are largely outdated, incompatible, or offensive to use. Nowcerts is anything but that. It is INSANELY robust in what it can do, while being simplistic if you focus on the 95% of activities you do daily.

The reporting is top notch, the support is out of this world, it is supported by every browser from Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and more. You can send certificates of insurance from your phone's mobile browser on the weekend if you have to!

The people though... that is the main difference. Unlike the big monopolized tech companies which buy up and squat on technology, or enforce big contracts down your throat then cut support staff... Nowcerts treats its users like family and does their best to help you. Their training and online support are top notch. Couldn't be happier!
