Owner of NowCerts is hands on. The system does everything that many other vendors in this space charge 5 times. The capabilities of such easy and comprehensive insurance CRM system is what your agency needs. Commissions at many levels as my agency has four tier for one account, the merging of clients, the ability to get loss runs and ability to allow your customer to retrieve his own Certs. The opportunities module is excellent. Thank you NowCerts finally a company that understands what insurance agencies Need

I own a small agency and nowcerts has been very good for us. I guess the certficates issuing is the best part but also I really like the commission module.

Ok two things stick out about nowcerts, one the service and the second is the system's insurance relevance. Service is exceptional for an agency management system. None of the other sites offer such good service. The app itself is ok, there are better CRMs out there. But they are CRMs, this one is for insurance agents. So depends what you are looking for. If you want to manage policies and insureds, this is the place, if you want to manage your marketing strategy, go with a free or cheap CRM because this one is not as good as what you can find elsewhere. Anyway, overall I am impressed.
